I think I just invented a new, extreme stretch. I call it the LDP Stretch

I’ve been doing these thanks to your post. They feel really right. And I get just the right kind of soreness afterwards. And length is just shooting up, now at 7”!


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

This straight down stretching has helped me alot, I used to put my legs apart, grab my balls from behind and then stretch downward but this works in the same way almost and is easy too, thanks!

What a good stretch, this will be a part of my stretching routine. I’ll stick with the name: LDP Mega-Blasters, expressing my gratefulness towards you sharing this with us.

I want to give this a try, but am wondering when you prop your leg, is it bent at the knee? Or is it sort of like doing the splits, with your supporting leg and “propped” leg 90 degrees apart? (Or does it matter?)

Yup! Exactly what I do!

I do this stretch along with other stretches and I have gained a little over a 1/2 inch since starting PE. I think I only have Jelqed a few times.


Start: NBP: 6 - Girth: 4.7

Now: NBP: 7 - Girth: A hair below 5"

Goals: NBP - 7.5 .... Girth - 5.5
