I think I finally got through to my tunica
As I previously complain like always, I was complaining that I’d get major discoloration from fairly low intensity workouts…
Now all of a sudden, I’m doing Horse440’s squeezes and DLD Bends I think, or whatever, which requires intense pressure of the tunica, and voila, I get quick recovery, and low discoloration. I think this is a sign of progress. It might be partly due to me drinking less alcohol, staying more fit, and every morning I take one of those One A Day pills for men. I’m feeling pretty confident that I will gain some girth soon. I also don’t get that much of that L word thing that makes the tissue seem to get fatter, but its only temporary.. Now I just read about the guy who had the heat applied to his crotch while PE, that sounds interesting gonna give that try too.
