I Obtained My Length Goal. But Girth Ughhh.

Well in my year of on and off pe, I gained about a little over 1.25 inches going from 6” to a tip over 7.25”. I can’t complain, I’m thankful for that, very. I mean, there are guys that would give up a toe to get their dick 1.25” longer. My girth is lackluster, I havent measured it in a while but I believe it’s barley 4.50”. I started around 4.25” in girth and really only gained roughly .15”-.20”.

I’ve tried horse 440’s and the jelq for girth where you clamp the base and do a jelq, but both have gotten my very little. My ultimate goal would to be 7.50” erect length and maybe 5.25” girth. I’m very confused on where to go from here to get girth, I need a plan for girth, but not being extremely risky. Thanks guys.


I’m working on something to get some more girth, but it’s on the more extreme side. I’ll post it soon if you want to check it out, but I don’t know how conditioned you are girth wise. Things to try: Clamping/Pumping combo, semi-erect bends (all up and down shaft;everywhere), cockring after workouts, and there’s other things around here that might work. I’m guessing you’re more of a manual PE’er? Heating/Icing, cockring, and pumping no higher than 5 and making the time 5 is key. Also making sure the pump sets are lower (minute wise) than the clamping ones. There’s a lot of things; just a matter of what you have time for.

Yup! Long Grass stated it it’s all about time. I reached my goal to 7.5 x 5.6 and it took some time. TIME! thats all we have. make it work for you and be patient, but most importantly, be consistant. Safety, Safety….Think, Think….listen to your dick..Listen, Listen….And you will be okay.

Girth routine that gave me 3 cm in 8 months:

2x10 min clamping

10x15 sec Ulis

10x15 sec horses

10 min high intensity (60-80%) jelqing

Heat, then clamp and squeeze to increase pressure while clamped - but this is very risky and you have to really watch! I have added in pumping for a couple of minutes before and between clamping sets (see Pump n’ Clamp. I have gained 1/3-inch girth in 4 months and rate of gain is accelerating. Also, using Cialis (if you can afford it) - take it every 3 days or so, will intensify your girth sessions and gains. Order the 10 mg pills, but just break them in half and take 5 mg every few days.

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
