Alright, newbie routine is over at the end of the year. I need a big list of things I need to buy.

Here is what my routine might look like. PLEASE help me with it, I only found this routine and I want something that’s right for me. I am a 6.5 BPEL by an EG greater than a toilet paper roll (Could anyone tell me what my girth might be if I can not fit my EG into a tp roll?). My short term goal is to have a 7” EL by 5.25 EG. Do you guys think I already achieved my EG goals?

Length routine:

7x3 min regular stretching
2x3 min invented v stretching
2x3 min two way stretch
4x15 JAI stretches
10 min low intensity (20-40% erection) jelqing

Girth routine:

2x10 min of clamping
10x15 sec Ulis
10x15 sec horses
5 minutes of high intensity (60-80% erection) jelqing

Also:
5x20 seconds Amazing Isometrics.

I found this from Bird, again, PLEASE help me with modifying it so that benefits my short term goals best. A long term goal for me would be 7.5 x 5.6

Also, I’m getting a debit card and I need supplies in a major way. I want to clamp and I want to hang. I don’t know how to go about hanging, I suppose I will start with golf weights, because they will double as golf weights (he he). I also want a really, really nice cock ring. Can someone help me find a really good one?

Here is my list so far (PLEASE help me add or tell me something I shouldn’t get):

-Fleshlight (I’m getting the Stamina Training Unit for edging)
- Cock Ring (I prefer a jelly but I just want a good, sturdy one)
- Cable Clamps (What should I use to protect around my unit, a Nike wristband? Also, what’s the best website to order and what should I order?)
- Griptwist (I think it may help with making my unit straight. Any clarifications with this product is very helpful, I know little about it)
- Golf Weights (Is there anything I should know before using these things)

I’m looking for a lot of help, if you haven’t noticed. I really wanna take my PE to a whole new level, with good stretches, hanging, clamping, etc. I trust you guys for great information, but I already have my heart set on some things.

Again, please help me with my routine. Please help me with my supplies. Please make sure I don’t kill myself in a tragic golf weights accident. I’ll answer any and every single question that I can to help you guys. I really need your help very, very much and I appreciate it in advance. Thank you.

Just do my routine, no modifications. Why do you want to achieve your short term goal first? Imagine that you are a quick girth gainer but that length is a bitch for you. Then you will spend months trying to achieve length while you could do girth a little longer and hit your long term girth goal. Imagine that, hitting your girth goal, never having to worry about if your girth is enough and having the luxury to drop half of the routine :up: .

Go for this routine build it up slowly. Start with 1 minute stretches, add 30 seconds each two weeks if everything goes well. Start with 5 minutes of jelqing and clamping and add 1 minute if everything goes well. Do this until you achieve the amounts you see above. Keep a track at your PI.

Success.

Now, when it says “7x3 min” does that mean I do a minute stretch 3 times? If so, do I do something new, or do I continue to do this for 21 straight minutes?

First I have to take some confusion away. This is my final routine, at the end of my “conditioning” to be able to take it. What I tried to explain to you is, for instance for stretches, to start with one minute and add 30 seconds each two weeks until you hit the three minutes.

It will look like this:

Start:
7x1 minute stretching (7 directions)

2 weeks later:
7x1.5 minute stretching

4 weeks later (2+2):
7x2 minute stretching

6 weeks later (2+2+2):
7x2.5 minutes stretching

Final, achieved after 8 weeks (2+2+2+2):
7x3 minutes stretching

Only increase time if everything goes well. Keep a track at your PI.

Build it up so your penis gets used to it while some nice gains can be made in the time in between. Compare it to bodybuilding. You won’t bench press 200 lbs on your first visit. No, being a wise man you start at 50 and work your way up. The same goes for my routine, with the exception that you will reach the final amounts way quicker :) .
