I need help with my routine
Basically I am to the point where I can exercise my unit just about every day and it recovers fairly quickly. My erections are rock hard and my libido is very high.
My length and girth are still unacceptable though. My length is around 6.4 ebp and my girth is quite low at around 4.3.
I believe that my only gains have been in erection quality and circulation, transferring to slightly larger and definitely harder erections. My flaccid does hang at about 3.5-4 instead of the previous 2.5.
I’ve been doing the routine below for a few months, increasing in intensity as I’ve gone. Before this I basically jelqed and stertched somewhat sporatically.
current routine- 5 to 6 days per week
Morning- jelq in shower with slow and fairly hard strokes at 70-95% erection, incorporating Ulis and Horse Squeezes every couple of minutes. I try and do a few DLD bends too. I do this for about 30 minutes. I can really make the head expand to what I would like for my normal erection to look like. My shaft expands only slightly.
Sex activity (solo for now) in the early evening. I get off once per day, every day.
Before I go to bed I stretch using standard stretching and bundle blasters. Occasionally I dry jelq a little before I go to bed.
I am thinking of abandoning the stretching as I really need some girth right now. Should I jelq twice a day? Also I’m almost considering hanging just to see some gains, though I don’t really want to.
Can anyone help me achieve a modest goal of 4.6 girth in the next few months? Time isn’t an issue.
