I Need Help, Please...
Hi guys! I am very confused on girth excercises. I know all of them, so pelase don’t simply answer by telling me to use the search engine. I know what excercises to do, however, I do not understand how many I need to do.
First of all, is jelquin the way to go, or should I avoid them and only do the ULI, Bends and squeezes?
If I need to jelq, how many jelqs?
If Ulis, how many of them?
In other words, please suggest me a strong girth routine. Don’t worry, I’ve been jelquin for the past 3 months (500 jelqs) now so I am pretty ready for the strong stuff. I am 6 inches in girth.
