I need a time sensitive approach

I need a time sensitive approach

My days are so full of different things (work, school, etc) that I don’t have time for anything else, but I would really like to return to PE. At some point during the morning, I only have about 30 minutes to do any PE. That being said, I need a PE routine that takes that time crunch into consideration. So, what do you guys think? The basic routine? Clamping? Hanging? What? Advice greatly appreciated.

Depending on how long you’ve been off most will say return to the newbie routine. If you’re looking to try something new and it has been a long while try checking out Babbis’s modified newbie routine which focuses on IPR.

Also, what are you primarily going for at the moment, Length or Girth or Both?

Both, and besides, it takes me longer than 30 minutes to go through the newbie routine. I need something that has the ability to yield both length and girth in just 30 minutes/day or there about.

Also, I guess I need some further education, because I don’t know what IPR is.

Just split it up I guess.

Maybe I should be more specific. I’m about 7” bpl and 5.25” eg. I’d like to get 8” X 6”. Considering my time constraint (approx. 30 minutes) what kind of routine would some of you guys out there recommend for increasing both length and girth? I’ve done the necessary research but I really could use some help from some more sesoned veterans. Also, I know I’ve got quite a bit of growing to do and a limited amount of time to dedicate to it, but, I’m also prepared to do what it takes. I’d appreciate whatever help you guys can lend.
