I need a time sensitive approach
My days are so full of different things (work, school, etc) that I don’t have time for anything else, but I would really like to return to PE. At some point during the morning, I only have about 30 minutes to do any PE. That being said, I need a PE routine that takes that time crunch into consideration. So, what do you guys think? The basic routine? Clamping? Hanging? What? Advice greatly appreciated.
