I know it's late, but I have to share this.

Thanks to all! In regard to jelq type, it’s always basically the same:

1. Pre warm in water soak that just is tolerable (very warm-hot)
2. Jelq 2-3 second strokes with a very firm grip (yes, it would demolish a peeled banana)
3. Jelq for 15-20 minutes every other to every third day (Always wet with plenty of lube)
4. About every 10th-20th stroke, I’ll hold my grip when it gets to the glans, grip tight at the base with the follower hand and create a slight motion toward one another to pressure up the mid shaft for several seconds, as well as do some bends at this point under pressure ( Very Carefully). Then back to jelqing.
5. Jelq at 20-60% erect. If I top 70% then I will stop a few seconds until it goes back down to 20-40 and start again.
6. Post warm 3-5 minutes in the same temp water soak.

Richard, I have a question. Did you quit smoking at some point during your gains process? I’m thinking that if you did, that had a big impact on your gains. Please do report if you still smoke, and if/when you quit during your gains process. And congrats on the gains man! That’s truly inspirational to the smaller guys, you went from 4.125EG to 5.25! Awesome.

No, actually I quit smoking cigarettes last August. I do however believe that smoking is a huge disadvantage in every aspect of growth and recovery. We depend on good blood flow and oxygen rich nutrients for proper cellular recovery and smoking kills that to the greatest of degrees.

I made the choice to smoke and sacrificed the potential for gains in both PE and weight lifting. I was able to make good gains in both arenas, but I feel very lucky in that regard. I believe that I am the exception and not the rule. I also have a big addiction to fine coffees, and we all know what caffeine does to the willy now don’t we!

I quit cigarettes after 27 years, but I have gone to smoking a pipe again. I don’t feel though that the pipe is as much a habit as a relaxation tool. I don’t smoke nearly as often. It cost $25/ month as opposed to $150/month for cigarettes. I don’t inhale the pipe as I did hundreds of times per day with cigarettes and I don’t smell like an ashtray anymore. Plus, I love collecting tobacco tins and pipes, so it’s a bit of a hobby. There are pipe smokers forums that are just like Thundersplace, just a different topic.

Good for you Richard! When I first started PE in 2002, I had just quit smoking. I gained fairly well in the first year, or a little less than a year. So well, that I actually got away from PE for nearly 4 years! (among other reasons) I was off the cigs for 2 1/2 years back then, but stupidly got back into it. It’s been a few years back on them now. I’m going to quit again, as I feel it is hindering my gains now that I have re-started PE full-time as of 9/08. I’ve about gained back my lost gains from my time off, but I know I can do much better. I lost .3” girth and .1” length being off PE 4 years and smoking again during that time. Even though I still smoke 1/2 pack a day, I am going to be posting some pretty good gains soon. I have put together a great routine, and I am finally seeing gains again, and at a better rate than in the first couple months back into it. I’ve had to get pretty agressive though. I’ll post the gains and routine soon, once I’m sure it is cemented. But I’ll say I have gained about 1/4” to maybe 1/3” MSEG since 9/1/08 and .1+” length in 15 weeks. Focusing primarily on girth for now though.

I hope I’m as successful, I’ve got a decent length at 7” BPEL but my girth is barely 4” if it is ms and up but it’s almost 5” at the base? I hope some research that I’ve done on girth exercises will help soon, wish me luck! And congrats!

I’m becomming more and more convinced that first Orexis and then two back to back dosages of Cialis has really helped me with girth gains. My original intent was just to solve some EQ problems and I didn’t really expect they would help with PE. But after just over a month though I’ve been lucky enough to nearly a full half inch in mid-shaft girth. I did jelqing of course but I think the drugs helped keep the expansion up after the work outs to really maxmize them.

I’m experimenting now with using Cialis to maintain full erections for 20 minutes then soft for 10 minutes. then repeat. When possible I plan to do some stretches during the 10 minutes and occasional dry jelqs. The last day i was on Cialis last time I was able to do this intensely for about 6-8 hours through the day. I’m still being very careful not to overdo anything but I’m very excited about the potential. Ironically now though I find myself really lacking length gains so I will be concentrating more and more on those efforts.

You are definitely on to something there. Cialis is fantastic for PE. Not only does it help keep you more engourged before, during, and after workouts, it helps reduce the lower EQ from workouts. If you are getting laid regularly, but working very hard on your daily routines, EQ can suffer later that evening, or at least it does for me! I take Cialis powder every other day for this very purpose. Very inexpensive, and in my opinion an absolute Godsend to the PE world! If you are taking Cialis tabs from a pharmacy, you might want to look into Webslave’s hompage/links. His sources are very cheap, and known to be reliable. Would save you a fortune.

Richard, I think the reason you have gained so well is because you didn’t over do it, you jelqued every other day or every third day with lots of decon breaks in between, even if they weren’t planned. I have a Mon, Wed, Fri routine where i stretch for 6 min after a warmup, and have gained 1.75” in length in a year, not really working on girth since i’m 6.5 but do it sometimes just for EQ. Too many on this site overtrain their PE, you have to let your body repair then grow or you won’t gain or won’t gain as fast.

Aren’t you concerned about NEEDING cialis. I mean, if you are always taking it, how do you know your dick works without it?
