My initial 1.2” came from 3 min of stretching in the shower for 3-4 months. Then I ran into a wall. The last year, I’ve done fulcrum hanging (see my log), which I attribute my last 0.4” to.
Girth has been slow. I tried pumping and clamping, but I have a very hard tunica and I started to see mild discoloration and stopped those. When I do manage to jelq daily for weeks, I get growth. Some sinks back when I take a break, some stays.
Now, 8.5” would be fun..
