I just got my Phallosan ADS and Im confused

Hey guys,

I just got my Phallosan ADS and I’m having a little trouble getting it on. First they shipped me three different ADS helmet thingys to use. Now the head of my cock is larger than any of these. How are they supposed to fit? I managed to get the thing on after a couple of tries and it seems pretty invisible under clothing just like the website says but it seems to take me an inordinate amount of time to put it on.

Do any of you guys have one and did/do you have the same problem? Any help would be appreciated.

What size (in inches) are the helmets, and what size is your glans?

To my knowledge, there are only a handful of Phallosan users on this forum, I’ll see if I can dig up my handbook and find out who they are, and PM you their names or something. Off the top of my head I can only remember 2 people that had/have used it, but I’m sure theres more……

For me, the medium helmet fits. I have a kind of good size penis, my head is in a good relation to the rest of my dick though..

You have probably figured out by now, how to put on the Phallosan easily. My advise: put in in in a flaccid state, press out all the air, do not stretch to strong during the day, powder the condom every evening when you take it off. If you do not fit in a flaccid state, Your head might be too big for this system - write them, I am sure, they will take it back!

I think part of the problem is I get a semi when I start to put the thing on which effects the size I use

Ah….that old problem. Well, I say old, but I mean big. I still get that problem with the PM and AutoADS…..

7- I have never been able to successfully apply my Phallosan- it was the biggest waste of money. The Large was too big and the Medium hurts like holy hell when I put it on.
And the clip loses vacuum almost immediately.

As I’ve written elsewhere, it’s a great idea not ready for primetime.

What I have done successfully is to use the belt/ root loop configuration with the AutoExtender ADS as an alternative to the knee belt.
If you don’t have the AutoExtenderADS, a baby sock and some two sided self-stick Velcro can make an acceptable alternative.

Olimax- I doubt that they’ll take it back, and they have the perfect excuse.

Does the Phallosan cause numbness?

I ask because it is essentially a noose hanger/device, since it attaches to the glans as opposed to the lateral compression approach.

Its not a noose, it uses a vaccuum head piece.

I understand that, technically, it is not a noose.

But it does pull from the glans itself. And therefore might cause some damage to the nerve bundle, in theory. But you’re saying that is something you haven’t experienced?

In theory, yes it could, but possibly only a small chance….a noose is a lot more dangerous, and likely to damage the nerves.

I’ve experienced both, and havent used a noose sine the first few times I tried it. A vaccuum headpiece I tried, and liked, until I lost it….lol (I was using a SuckXtender headpiece)

I tried the swimcap method before I eventually got a Bib. And I guess the Phallosan would be similar, in principle.

The problem I had with the swimcap method is pinching. But that probably isn’t an issue with the Phallosan since it was designed specifically for this, as opposed to a converted piece like a swimcap.

Are you seeing any results with the Phallosan?

Phallosan pinches like a bastard when [trying] to mount up. And it’s a bitch to fit on. And forget about trying to remount quickly on the fly. And the vacuum of the condom is gamy at best.

As I said, great idea that’s not quite ready for primetime.

The site says that the Phall can be worn for 8hrs a day!!! Even if it wouldn’t cause numbness immediately, at an 8hr off & on clip I would wonder about some issues cropping up.

No, not a satisfied customer.

And issues DO crop up. You WON’T wear it 8 hours a day, because when you take it off to piss at work, you’ll get frustrated after 10 minutes of trying to reapply it.

And the vacuum seal fails quickly- or at least is inconsistent at best- you end up with only the rubber loop thingy holding it on with a huge length of condom stretched off the penis.

And while you don’t really get ‘blue’ head [glans] you will see some weird looking veinage through the condom.

And the foam roller, along with the clip that attaches to the condom are bloody uncomfortable.

And I’d happily have dealt with all these issues if the damn thing could have fit over my glans without making me weep in agony and stayed the fuck on like the ads imply.

You thought the shower cap thing ‘pinched’? Phallosan redefined the word for me.

Like I said- GREAT idea- NOT ready for production. And when I contacted the company they were mildly helpful but v-e-r-y slow in their response time- and after about the fourth round of emails they stopped responding. I thought of simply replacing the phallosan attachment with the same manufacturer’s ‘PenisPlus’ attachment head [think JES type on Phallosan belt] and they weren’t willing to do anything for me on the price- buy the head alone for $130 or the whole thing for $180.

Won’t do business with them again.

I’ve been using Phallosan for more than 3 months now (with some 2-5 day interruptions because of trips and the like) and where it about 10 hours a day when using it. Most of my gains are in FSL but now I also have a nice BPEL gain. I don’t find the condoms hard to use though the first few days with a condom because they let in air. It might be a good idea to make the part that goes into the clip flat by putting a clip on it for a day before considering the condom “ready for use”. Don’t use a condom for more than 5-6 weeks if you are using it all day - it gets useless.

When it comes to the glans issue I think that it’s a bit trickier getting it in without foreskin, but I tried lubing the head with saliva to test getting it on “cut” and that is also ok. Getting a dry head in is not a easy.

I’m quite skilled in handling the stuff now and can quickly get it off and on.

I don’t see how the Phallosan could ever cause nerve damage or anything like that as it pulls the same way a vacuum pump does (but much weaker!). It has the potential problems of pumps though as it stays on all day. If you have a to strong stretch (typical beginners mistake as there is no pain) you will get a lot of lymph fluid in your glans. Same thing if you leave it on for too many hours without a break (e minute to massage your dick and get the lymph fluid moving).
