You did 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. But in These weeks on was it 7 days in a row exercising or 5/2 or what?

From what I remember he very seldom took days off (but it did happen), only when they were more than needed.

Read post 22 again, he said 2 days off a week but not back to back.

I’m constantly seeing that you’re saying you’ve made better gains when you were a newbie, and that’s why I’m thinking I’ll have an advantage this round because I’ve been out of my routine for a while. When I first started, jelq’s were a major part of my regiment, but they over-trained the shaft to the point where I really had to step away from it for a while.

Ace bandages around the entire shaft is what I will definitely incorporate. Clamping in general seems to be the ultimate means for girth, and I honestly can’t wait to get started with my routine. The day when I can say I want to be done with growing is the day I honestly dream of.
