Love your tread. Just read all of it and I am still a little bit confused about some parts of your routine. When you mentioned that you never left the newbie routine, but used it as a warmup. Where you doing like 30min. Jelqing? What about stretching? Hove did this evolve before starting clamping?
One other thing, where you doing 2 days of every week in your onperiod? Didn’t quite understand what you meant, sorry:-)

Wow! I didn’t know this thread existed anymore. Yes, 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off is what worked for me and I noticed huge fast gains.
My theory is that after a long hard exercise, (6 weeks) you must let tissue heal, your unit. two weeks off will do that, and when you start
exercising again, you have a fresh healthy unit to work out. PE is so simple, I reached my goals in just a year, but you have to becareful,
to much can make your gains come to a halt.
