I am have been doing a similar workout routine but have not been taking extended breaks because I see the expansion going away and things going back to normal. I have been very steady for almost two months now. I think your idea of healing makes sense. Did you see some ebb and “grow” in the first couple of rounds of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off before you started seeing the gains stick? I have read the ENTIRE thread and that seems to be the case but I wanted to see if you could be specific to this point. I am making great progress and just don’t want to stop if my body’s reaction is to lose the gains I have made if I take too long a break too quickly. Thanks for any help!
