Well I read this thread because you posted it a few days ago in UpTo7’s thread about taking a decon break. I’ve had my Computer on and this thread for about 3 days now. I’ve been reading it bit by bit and am finally done :)

You do repeat yourself on the same points quite often but I’m glad I read it all.

Firstly just like to say even though it’s been many years congratulations on your gains and indeed you were so fucking lucky and still are to have a wife like that. Sorry about the rough patch too!

I have never taken a break from PE and started really in mid 09 and have pretty much PE’d everyday since. For the past year making any gains what so ever has been monumentally hard work. I had always basically tried for length in that time and wanted to get 8 BPEL before I’d go for girth. Unfortunately even after 6 months of hanging gained nothing further. So last month took 10 days off and have since started lightly clamping. I was planning to just clamp every day, going harder and harder for all of this year to see how much I can gain.

But you’ve really made me think otherwise. There was one particular word you used. ”Callus”. To me that just seems exactly right. My dick is just so conditioned, it doesn’t want to grow. The stress isn’t doing fuck all to it any more. The 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off is probably a good idea. But I may need a good few months break considered these few years of damage I’ve done. Anyway I will see how I get on with this girth routine over the next 6 weeks. Well it’s about a months worth now. Then I plan to take 2 weeks off. I’ll measure and see If I lost anything. Which to be honest I doubt I will loose any length gains. I’ve been where I am for like 8 months now. But providing I feel healthy after that and I notice the rest has done been good for the girth gains then I will start up again and repeat.

By the way I’ve also been doing clamping quite similar to how you describe. Well not exactly in those 3 stages. But I do slightly different things each time. The key thing you said was about how your wife pulls on it. I’ve done the same whenever I clamped for a while now. Since I have an upward curve if I pull on it and bend it slightly it goes straight and seems to add more pressure. I didn’t really think it would result in length gains but now am hopeful after reading what you’ve said :)

Also it was slightly confusing. I believe you said you reached 7.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG. That is the point your wife told you to stop. But regardless you carried on without her help. What size did you actively stop doing those clamping exercises then? Because you later in this thread said you continued gaining even after you stopped actively PE’ing. Except for the fact you still carried on doing piss pulls. I’m just trying to determine how much of those later gains, which got you to 8.4BPEL x 6EG were attributed to still doing the clamping/newbie routines.

Oh and lastly a big concern for me has been the discolouration issue. I had experienced it before, maybe a year ago where I went through some hardcore clamping much like I’m doing now. After about 3-4 months of no Girth exercises my discolouration completely went away. Now it’s been slowly creeping back. To be honest I’m a bit worried of showing my dick to a woman if the opportunity arises. Because I’m uncircumcised when clamped my foreskin is back which means the base of my skin is far down so after clamping is finished half my cock is white and the other half is a dark red. It looks pretty ridiculous and you said even after 4 years your discolouration didn’t go away. Plus the nightmare you went through in the skin removal.

I just feel to stubborn to stop now.

That is up to you, All of what we do is up to what we choose. What I have read hear is that we all get in a rut and continue and continue. I really feel a break helps, but we are all different. I just know what worked for me, BUT, When I started as a newbie I grew, but I took a break because of the white dots and I found what works for me. I haven’t PE’d in years, but I kind of still do if you think about it. I do the piss pull every time I urinate and at night, my wife has it in her hand and she does pull it while sleeping at times she pulls and when she turns in a different position and it used to hurt but I started to adjust when she turned, started to use this to my advantage. When she turns to the left, I turn to the right, This is sort of like hanging and at the same time, she is squeezing and pulling. I know if I would to start PEing, I would gain.

Think about it, We are gaining ligs, not muscles. You can continue lifting weights to build your body but at some point muscles get tired too. I think ligs get tired quicker after working to hard.

If you give yourself a break, do the piss pull, It took a few years to gain off this, but I was not really even trying. It works. I also feel that if I to resume PE, I would grow because I know my body and have learned, You know, lessons learned.

About discoloration, Well to be honest that I did not post about is that I used more than one clamp when showering. started out with 2 the ended with 4. Be careful with this, but what I learned is that it not only for girth, but the pressure stretches the length. Think about this, When showering, you have privacey. Put the clamp on as tight as you can in the shower and and rub conditioner on it and sqeeze and pull, just as easy as that. I did it all the time with out the wife.

I wish that my unit was white and the other half is a dark red, mine is dark, but I did some extreme exercise. Hope this helps

As currently I am still doing the newbie routine with just a slight spin on my own. I may be premature with saying this but in just over 2 months we have noticed slight yet significant gains in appearance and yes she is complaining a little about giving blow jobs. Her mouth gets tired faster than before.

I have been really looking into purchasing an extender over the counter, I guess out of mere laziness to construct one of my own. I was clamping with just 1 clamp and no wrap.. but now I need to wrap since girth gains have started to cause near pinching of the skin (thus a wrap is really needed now). I also have read that clamping slows length gains, so i have decided to NOT clamp at the moment to focus on length. But I read that you were using multiple clamps at the same time? Like all the way down? Or 1 at the base and 1 and mid?

Have you seen the pictures here on this thread on how I prepared my clamps? I cut a strip of mouse pad and glued it to the inner diameter of the clamp. Once clamped and my unit is pipe hard and the clamp is as far down to my pelvic bone as possible, also do the joy stick movement with your penis while forcing the clamp closer to your pelvic bone with the other hand then tighten the clamp as much as you can. See what happens here when the clamp is as close to the pelvic bone as possible and clicked as tight as you can, so your fat pad starts trying to push the clamp away from the pelvic bone causing your penis to stretch. Do you know where I am going with this? The fat pad acts as sort of like an extender or a pusher. Condition yourself before you try the second clamp or you will get discolored very quickly. When you are ready for the second clamp, wrap just above the first clamp and attach the second clamp as close to the first as possible and click it as much as you can take the force then hold off for a bit and once you get use to the pressure, give one more click. One click at a time. What this does is force more blood to the glands to where it gets rock hard, but at the same time forcing the glands to stretch out and that’s where you not only gain in girth, bit length as well.

Thanks guys, I was extremely happy at first until it got too big for my wife to take. My gains almost ruined my marriage. Be smart about this and really, don’t over grow unless you are doing it for your egos. Blow jobs will never be the same. A lot has been posted that the vagina stretches to any size penis. Just because a women can bear a child doesn’t mean they can take a huge penis all the time. Menopause played a big part in this as her vaginal walls became very thin and my unit would rub the walls raw and she would bleed. Things are much better now.

Oh a mouse pad! LOL.. I was trying to figure out what that was! And unfortunately after looking in all the local hardware stores I was unable to find the original CableClamp but the Home Depot here has a similar product called CableClaw.. I am curious to see if the original CableClamp has a size between the 2 sizes of the ones I have. One has gotten way too tight and the other without a wrap doesn’t quite cut off blood flow enough. I am glad things have worked out for you with both PE and your wife. That’s always a plus! My girlfriend does know about my PE and even reminds to do it. Support is nice, so its not a “dirty secret”. Too bad mine doesn’t help physically the way your wife did. That was an awesome read!

Yeah, that was the post that kicked my ass. I was reminded about it for so long. Oh my gosh, if I could have removed that post I would have. By the way, my wife is a lurker and reads a lot of threads and of course mine. You know, it only goes to show that what I post is true. That dam post became a nightmare.

Ms tnt, if you read this, don’t get pissed, but I want to let these people know. If you gain with a partner do it for both of you and not for your ego and that was the way it started, but I started to gain quickly and even she was amazed of how huge I was getting that she helped even when it was getting to big for her, until it became non-bare-able for her.

As I barely have time to do PE, due to work, your regime seems like a good idea to copy.

Do I understand correctly that you only did PE 2-3 times weekly on a 6 weeks on 2 off schedule? And that you mixed the weekly workouts so they weren’t the same. Does that mean you sometimes only took one day of resting?

And you did three sets of respectively clamped head squeezes, clamped edging and clamped c-pulls?
