That is so funny because when you first start to get big, it is so noticeable to yourself, but after awhile it just seems normal like it was when I was when I started. How odd is that. I guess it just happened so quick (the gains). I gained within a year or so, so much happened during that period. My gains, ms tnt going through the change of life. Too many emotional things happened in a very small time frame.

You know what BigLurk, This is going to bring up another post that I was going to do, but was just trying to get a chance to. It is kind of funny because it brings us (wife and I) back to the excitement when I hit the gains. Will post later.

Tnt, have you lost any of your gains in this long period of time with no PE activity?.

No, I did not loose any gains and I did hope to loose some for the sake of my marriage. In fact, I gained a some more just piss pulling everytime I went to urinate and as mentioned above, my wife has a habit of pulling on it when we are sleeping. Like I mentioned in the PM I sent you, this is all easy, but you have have the right mind set and you have to believe in yourself.

I am going to post the PM I sent to you if you don’t mind. We have easy gainers and hard growers, but what are the hard growers doing. Maybe I was an easy gainer, but I really don’t think so. I found my nitch. Read the the whole thread. You need to let your unit repair it self. THINK ABOUT THE TRAMA YOU ARE DOING IT. Work hard but let it rest. That was my nitch by mistake, but that is where I found the gains.

What ever you do as far as PE goes, do it for yourself and your health. Just like bodybuilding, you do it for yourself unless you are making a career of it, and yes, I do think it is possible that you can could reach 6” MSEG. Remember anything is possible with some work, but importantly, you have to believe in yourself. Before I came to Thunderss I was on another website that no longer exists. I thought this was a bunch of bullshit. I stopped PEing because of a hanging injury (I will not hang again). I started to read threads on thunderss and they made sense, so I joined, but I did not start right away because I wanted to do this right, so I got to the right mind set and concentration, then I started and it took me just a little less than a year to reach and surpass my goal, but you have to believe in yourself and you must be consistent.

I have read a lot of your posts and you are a very bright individual. You can do this, I know you can, but do it for yourself and not a girl.

If ever you need help or just someone to chat with, I will be here. By the way, it was not the length that caused problems in my wife’s and my sex life, it was the girth. I was to thick for her and it would cause her vaginal walls to bleed, not to mention we had no clue that she was starting menopause. Since then she has gotten used to my size and things are much better. There are some down sides to gains in girth and length. Blow jobs will never be the same unless your girl has a big mouth for the girth and a deep throat for the length. You will start to feel teeth.

Just as a side note. If you read my thread I do mention that I never left the Newbie routine, because it works and a lot of newbies see quick gains using it. The problem is that they leave the newbie completely and start their own routines which is fine, but they slow their gains or stop all together. In other words, if it works, don’t fix it. I used the newbie as warm up before my advanced exercise which was clamping and pulling. But whatever you do, becareful because everything we do here is dangerous.

avantasia, in my opinion 7.5 BPEL x 5.5 EG is the ideal size, That will not only accommidate any woman, but satisfiy them as well. Firegoat feels the same. Don’t make your goals so high, reach for a realistic goal and once you reach it, your choice, stop or keep going. Goals that are too high can lead to disapointment. Try for a goal of .25 more than you have and then continue. That is what I did. I knew what I wanted but I wasn’t looking that far so I took it a little at a time, then I found my nitch. You need to let your unit repair itself. Dude, this is so easy, but you have to have patience. What I did may not work for you, but dam it, give it a shot, what do you have to loose. It took me a little over an hour a day. When in the should, do wet jelqs with a conditioner as a lube. Quantity is not always the best, but quality is. So do quality jelqs and you do not have to do so many (quantity). Are you starting to get it? So many here make this so complicated and it is not. I have posted all this information many times, but members are looking for the oner the night bean stalk and it will not happen. I want to stress, take a couple weeks off, let what you have done to you penis repair and uring this time, set your mind, make a plan and stick to it, but listen to your dick, if things don’t feel right, STOP!. You will have to endure some pain, but come on, no pain, no gain, but not too much pain. Have you thought about discolloration?

Have you thought about a plan? You can do this before bedtime, But the best is to wake up early to exercise. I did this after work, because I went for a walk afterwards to get the blood flowing in the unit. READ MY THREAD! I’m telling you, this is easy, but you have to be consistent. Put it this way, if you paid for a membership at a gym to work out, I will bet you would be there almost every night to get your moneys worth. This does not cost money. You can do this. YOU CAN DO THIS ! but how much do you want to put in to this? I have another secret to this. Get a bit bib hanger or something simular, tie a shoe lace to it and make and a big loop on the other end and wrap that end around your foot, but do not tie it tight around the foot, a big loop, and when you sleep pull a bit with your foot but not to hard, but as hard as you can to not make it hurt but to keep pulling. BE CONSISTENT with everything you do about gaining, but you have to take breaks. READ MY THREAD. You have to let yourself repair, but when doing so, do squeezes as often as you can (this is important) and do piss pulls.

You know what all, I have gotten personal with a lot here and that is no problem and I need to share information more often with all you and I will, but I have a job with schedules and all. Life gets hard, but I still come here as often as I can. This is a great place to be.

PLEASE do not take anything personal that THIS EASY, but it can be, this is my theory to all of this is consistency is hard if you do not have the privacy. I feel, the hangers, the clampers and the pullers, you need to give your unit a chance to repair and 2 days a weeks is not enough. The way I see it this, if you work to hard with out little rest, you develop some what of a Calais in your penis ligs and it slows the growth. 2 days? NO! 2 weeks. This is all really simple. Be patient, but as I have post in this whole thread, consistency is the key. My exercises were extreme, but we were consistent and yes, I did the string pull as what I pm’d avantasia above, it is sort like a fowler but you control it, but after my exercises I continued to exercise, I took a walk (cardio) to get the blood flowing. Do not stop with just PE. These exercises can be extreme, even the newbie to some, but you need to get blood flowing to repair your unit every time you PE and a good walk around the block or a walk around the park is a good idea. Com-on guys, extreme is extreme and that is your choice, but really once you get close to where you want to be, the advanced exercises will really impress you. Trust me.

Do you ever run? I am worried about something like this happening, but then I won’t be able to run because of a fat penis getting in the way. Also when I was younger I had some serious problems becoming extremely sensitive from doing kegels. I did them for a week or a little more, but I stopped because I was close to having an orgasm from running downhill. I read about your problem with certain dress pants, but can you wear running shorts and do stuff normally?

I have a friend with a perfectly natural 7” flaccid. Thick too. He’s 5’6” and he’s a serious runner - 31 minute 10k. He’s always been the ‘biggest’ guy in the locker rooms after track sessions, since he was about 16 years old, and gets lots of ‘how do you run with that ferret in your pants’ comments from other guys. It really does look like he has a ferret in his shorts when he’s running! It’s the biggest natural dick I’ve ever seen. feedback, many that know me fere know that I am a runner and no the penis does not get in the way if you wear a jock strap. I run 10k’s and marathons. Now I can not run 31 munite 10k’s and never have, but at 49 years of age I am pretty fit. I will tell you what does bother me is when I am at work and my unit shifts and hangs down my right leg. That bothers the fuck out of me since I hang to the right.
