Here’s some statistics on different average heights of different nation if you’re interested. Here’s some information about the Watussi tribe. Note that the Watussi tribe is much smaller in population compared to the Dutch population. I’m not sure where you got your information from.

The Netherlands has the tallest population of the world, I have read it somewhere. The Watussi can be taller but the general population of the country they live in isn’t

Scarto, I’m convinced the key to your success is doing ADS followed by manual stretching. If you had manually stretched first then ADS I don’t think you would have gained that last 1”.

ADS followed by manual stretching will become my routine for the next 6 months.

Why specifically do you think ADS before manual stretching is more effective than the other way around?
