The clamped kegels after a while I don’t feel it, so I’m not sure if I’m holding it, but I release the kegel and it turns out I am. Annoying :(
I am the same way slack. I can feel the initial tightening, then I think I lose it, but when I relax I feel it loosen up. It’s definitely annoying.
I usually did them in class. I always sit down while doing them to make it comfortable.
My favorite time to do them is while I’m stretching after working out at the gym. I do four one-minute kegels and then 30 or so 5 second kegels. Since I am accomplishing two things at once they are not annoying to me. I enjoy both stretching and the kegels. Actually, I find that if I press hard enough they are actually enjoyable. I also find the same thing sometimes when I do quickly repeated kegels. It feels quasi-orgasmic to me.
