I guess I'm a real hard gainer

It seems that It’s almost impossible for me to get some girth gains. My mid shaft girth (head and base about 4.75”) is maybe the lowest in Thunder’s. Thats why it would make sense that I would get some girth easily. Maybe I’m not doing jelq, Sadsak Slinky, Horse440 and clamping hard enough, don’t really know.

My routine consist:
In the morning warming up and stretching maybe 20min (length is coming with acceptable speed I think).
In the evening warming up, a little stretching, jelq for 25min with Sadsak Slinky’s and Horse440. After that I take a hot shower and begin clamping. Normally I clamp for 5 minutes maybe. When I clamp my dick gets maybe 1/16” larger on the girth (hard even to notice it). So there is something definitely wrong. Maybe my tissues are at their maximum expansion. That would be soooo depressing considering how little girth I have.

Anyone got some hot tips for me?

Btw, does anyone else got mid shaft girth under 4.5”?

How’s your general health, ‘bock?

My general health is quite good. I’m in good shape when it comes to muscles. But when it comes to running long or so I’m not that good.

Forgot to say that my routine is 2on1off

Current: NBPEL 6.50" (BPEL 7.5") x EG 4.6" (head EG 5")

Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 5.25"

Try 1 on 1 off for girth. Full recovery is the key to growth.

Also I never did clamping, but isn’t a clamping set supposed to be around 10 min?

Finally, try moderate pumping if you can, combined with manual girth exercises. The girth gains may not be that permanent but you’d definitely be more motivated.

I’d say that girth is a function of engorgement, while length is a combination of the above, and lig. length.

If you were to work on your cardiovascular system as a whole, ‘bock, I’d bet you would notice a difference. I did.

4.7 is the average shaft girth that I’ve seen. The surveys that show 5.0 say its within the range of 75% of people. How is 75% the average? :p Someone posted that they had girth in the 3’s. There is usually always someone bigger or smaller than you.

I’m only 4.44” erect girth, although I think I may have achieved a bit of base girth recently by enlarging my cs. I am also a hard gainer. I have had about 1cm in length though, which means my penis now looks skinnier than ever! At the moment I am jelqing slower (about 6 secs a stroke) as I think this will help to stretch the tissue cells better.

Any ideas how to make tissue cells more supple?

Do others agree?

First off, are you using the cable clamp ? Second of all, how many clicks are left when clamping ? I use about 15 inches of ace bandage rap, and have about 4 clicks left on the clamp (my base girth is 5.3-5.4). I’m thinking you should have only 1 or 2 clicks left on it, but I’m not sure, just guessing.

You need a tight rap, and to warm-up. You WILL get more expansion if you clamp properly.

Hey dobbelbock. I think that I am going to be a hard gainer too.
I was cursed with good girth to begin with so from everything
I read here at Thunders it is going to be harder for me to gain length.
I have been solely working on length with manual stretching, and not much to show for it. Oh well, I am going to keep it up.

Oh yeah.. “Cursed” with good girth. You poor thing.

I think I’ve gained base girth and I think my head is also a little bigger. Just that my mid shaft doesn’t seem to get bigger as easily. Also I think my base is thicker because of inner penis coming out not from girth exercises. Head growth is just from jelqing maybe. I did 1on1off before, didn’t work for me. At the beginning of this year I started to do 2on2off.

Maybe my stretching is backfiring. I mean hindering the efforts I put to the girth work because I don’t really have rest days when it comes to stretching.

Are you clamping every day? If so, you need to stop that. Most clampers will tell you they only clamp 3x a weeks Do the 1on 1off with the clamping portion of your routine. (I kjnow there are some clampers that clamp every day but I don’t think that is the norm) Getting in shape cardio-wise is a smart thing to start as well, and not just for PE. Hope this helps.

I’m clamping only on one of those 2 days when doing the routine. It’s just the stretching that I do about 6 days a week.
