I don't know what to do anymore

Unwanted erections during PE are annoying the **** out of me. I don’t know what to do to prevent them. I’ve tried sex or masturbation before PE but it helps only occasionally. Besided, I’m trying to keep masturbation at no more than 2 times a week.

I simply don’t understand. I’ve been doing PE for 3.5 months and my dick still won’t listen to me. As if it refuses to learn the difference between PE and sex/masturbation. I get a semi almost from the slightest touch and PE sessions take twice the time they would take without getting erect all the time.

IMHO you don’t need help.

Look at your problem from a different angle. You have strong erections, even a lot of spontaneous erections. That only means that you are very healthy and potent. And do you seriously wanna combat that? The only downside is the necessity to spend extra 20-30 minutes on PE every PE day. So what? You can’t get an ideal situation, because trying to do so you might upset to a certain degree your EQ and spontaneous erections.

I bet you have already noticed how many guys are around with minor or even major problems with erection or low sensitivity. They would dearly get into your shoes if they had such an opportunity.

I myself have not very stable erections. My overall EQ I would assess as an 7 or 8. But I consider my losses in EQ as a downside of 2 important advantages. First, my dick is pretty big and fat. And I liked that. Second, I can cum 7-8 times in an hour without over-stretching myself. And that’s so much fun for me and ladies. And being big and multi-orgasmic, I wouldn’t directly exchange all that for a better EQ. Though in my case the things are not directly substitutive. That’s why I try to improve my EQ using a pump and kegels without decreasing my size and the ability to cum a lot of times.

IMO, your case is completely different from mine, i.e. the things are substitutive. Do you need easier workouts by jeopardizing your excellent erections? Yes, I agree with you, when it comes to sex I’m extra happy with my ability to get and maintain a very strong erection. My girlfriend loves that.
But, as you can see, it’s a double-edged sword. I have a feeling PE sessions would be twice more effective if I could simply concentrate on doing the exercises without interruptions and waiting for erection to subside.
I manage to do a PE session without unwanted erections every now and then and it’s absolute bliss. It really feels great and fullfilling. I enjoy it that way and I feel I’ve actually done something constructive. But when I get unwanted erections, I have to stretch 10-20% erect penis because it rarely gets completely flaccid and even if it does, it takes seconds to get a semi. That way I’m not certain PE session was a complete success.
Also, those extra 20-30 minutes could be spent elsewhere (gym, studying or something). My routine would take an average guy not more than 45 minutes and it takes me usually 60-75 minutes, sometimes even up to 90. It’s really annoying.

I ejaculate 6 times a week on average (4 from sex, 2 from masturbation).

Just don’t take a break from frustration I have gotten much less consistent lately due to family constantly visiting me and frustration with my bib hanger. I measured last night I lost 1/4” length and 1/4” girth just in about a month of doing 1/3rd of my normal routine. I am hoping to gain that back but its frustrating knowing I have been at that size for a long time possibly due to being stuck in a plateau. I hope you get it down I am still pushing myself not to quit.

Nah, I won’t be any less consistent, taking a break is out of the question. I never miss a PE routine even if it takes extra 30 minutes. :)

In fact, I’m very good at giving advices, which I don’t follow myself. :D
In fact, though I’m quite big, I’m bending over the backwards to get bigger as soon as possible. That’s why I often overtrain. Overtraining works for me (I’m definitely a more is more guy) and induces good gains, but I pay a rather high price: decreased EQ and desensitization. But despite that I can not wait to get fatter and longer to astonish and please ladies and have more fun myself.

But recently I did reassessed slightly my priorities. Now I’m taking into account to a certain degree my EQ, overtrain a little bit less, kegel, and pump (more for EQ than for size). But I still find difficult sometimes to refrain from overtraining.

But I’m in an especially difficult situation. Sometimes I have sex with porn actresses, who saw the biggest dicks of the UK and not only the UK. Naturally, because of their profession, my big dick for them is just an ordinary dick, and they are not impressed. It puts an additional pressure on me, because I’d prefer them to be excited about my dimensions. The upside is that it is a good motivator for me to keep PE-ing unceasingly. :D
