Alright.. Thought I might share something fun with you guys.
So the other day, when I was doing my jelq session, my hand got really tired. So I was switching between overhand and underhand. I normally just sit on the toilet seat and do my reps. But for some reason, I had an ache to stand up to do my session that day.
Out of vanity, I went to the mirror and looked at my muscles and body (while continuing to jelq) About another minute in by the mirror, my hand was dead tired. So I was planning to stop.
I heard my roommate calling me or something so I leaned back trying to listen to him. During this time (without knowing) I still had a overhand grip on my penis. AND BASICALLY JUST DID A JELQ!
I started doing some more and out of curiosity. BUT IT WORKS! Even better then manually jelq! Your hands won’t get as tired and I believe you get a stronger force. Great way to do slow 4-5 seconds reps without wearing out your hands.
So instead of using force and pushing up your shaft, just grip your penis at the base and lean back!
