Alright.. Thought I might share something fun with you guys.

So the other day, when I was doing my jelq session, my hand got really tired. So I was switching between overhand and underhand. I normally just sit on the toilet seat and do my reps. But for some reason, I had an ache to stand up to do my session that day.

Out of vanity, I went to the mirror and looked at my muscles and body (while continuing to jelq) About another minute in by the mirror, my hand was dead tired. So I was planning to stop.

I heard my roommate calling me or something so I leaned back trying to listen to him. During this time (without knowing) I still had a overhand grip on my penis. AND BASICALLY JUST DID A JELQ!

I started doing some more and out of curiosity. BUT IT WORKS! Even better then manually jelq! Your hands won’t get as tired and I believe you get a stronger force. Great way to do slow 4-5 seconds reps without wearing out your hands.

So instead of using force and pushing up your shaft, just grip your penis at the base and lean back!

Creative. I’m gonna try this right now.

Just exercise your grip and get that stronger!

Seriously, that sounds like an interesting variation, and it could have some benefit by pumping a little blood into the low back and hip regions; areas that certainly benefit from some controlled movement.

I never do any pe sitting down. If I could find something the right width and height I would do fowfers standing up. When I stretch I find the best grip possible and try to anchor my hand somewhere like in between my legs then lean back or forward or to the side or whatever to try and find the best position possible, or I use my other hand to push on the hand that is gripping my cock for the best stretch possible. I do slow careful kegels while stretching and hold them in for at least 20 seconds to make sure the inside of my penis is getting it good. I control my breathing and by the end of a stretch session I’m usually sweating. On every stretch I try to find the grip and position to where I get a dull numb sensation in my ligs that feels like someone lightly kicked my ligs in the balls (if my ligs had balls).

When I jelq, there is a lot of movement in my hips, a lot of breathing and a lot of kegels. I do whatever feels right, whatever makes my dick feel pumped and fat. By the end of a good kegel session I am out of breath and dripping sweat. If someone was listening outside my door, with all the breathing, groaning, grunting and baby oil sounds, it would sound like one hell of a masturbation session.

Yup, this is a nice technique, especially when the hand is tired. Moving your body instead of the hand. I used to do it back when I was jelqing a lot.

Yup, I also use this method when jerking too, thrusting back and forth ;)
