I am stuck

I’ve been PEing religiously for about a year, very consistently

For the last few months, I’ve only wanted length. My starting stats are about 5.5 x 4.25, and my current is 7 x 5. I’ve been 7 x 5 for about 3-4 months, trying more and more extreme PE but I still can’t seem to add any noticeable length.

For the last few months, all I have been doing is Hanging and ADSing, hanging at 15-18 pounds about 6 times at 10 minutes per rep. Then an ADS is worn just about all the time I am not hanging. I normally do 2 or 3 days on, then 1 day off.

I need some advice on breaking this plateau

It sounds like you might need to take a deacon break.

It gets harder and harder to get gains. I would increase the time and/or frequency. For example longer routines and/or less rest days, basically do it longer and more often than before. I don’t think there’s any need to ramp up the force or resort to extreme exercises, just do more of the good old ones, as needed. But before that I would take a break and then ease into the new routine.

What was your routine like for the past year?

I started with basic jelqs and basic stretches, for no gains. After moving up to Jelq Squeezes, I got my beginners gains of about .75 x .5 inches, bringing me to about 6.25 x 4.75.

That was about 3 months in, then I moved up to hanging and ADSing, and just recently into clamping (not very much of this since I really want length first, and the girth seems to come much easier for me). I’ve gained about another .75 after another 5 months of hanging and ADSing, but the last few months I’ve gotten nothing.

Tell you what man - your gains to date have been impressive. That’s a lot of improvement in a relatively short time. Personally, I’d congratulate myself on this, settle back a little and be patient from now on. :)

I actually did take a break about the 5 month period, I had run out of hanging straps and needed to order some more, I didn’t do any PE at all for about 3 weeks. After continuing I’m still seeing nothing.

I’m on day four of what will be a four week break. I haven’t made any gains in 3 or 4 months, even though I took a 2 week break a month ago. I miss my workouts, and stare at my extender, which seems to stare back. I was a fast gainer when I started, picking up 3/4 of an inch in just 5 weeks. I’ve pretty much been stuck ever since. I sure hope this works, I’d love another 3/4”.

There is a reason people say it gets harder and harder to gain. It’s because it takes more and more effort to gain as you progress. You have to step it up as needed, are you sure your doing that?

Yes, I originally started with manual stretches for like 10 minutes per day, then moved onto very light ADS for a few hours a day. Then hanging with 5 pounds, gradually moving up to about 15 pounds which is my present weight.

No, I don’t really warm-up because I only do stretches. I don’t jelq at all seeing as I only want length.

Also, I can’t hang any more than 20 pounds or it hurts too much after more than 10 seconds, and I don’t think my hanger can handle much more than 15 pounds anyways. I’m using an AutoExtender.
