I am stuck
I’ve been PEing religiously for about a year, very consistently
For the last few months, I’ve only wanted length. My starting stats are about 5.5 x 4.25, and my current is 7 x 5. I’ve been 7 x 5 for about 3-4 months, trying more and more extreme PE but I still can’t seem to add any noticeable length.
For the last few months, all I have been doing is Hanging and ADSing, hanging at 15-18 pounds about 6 times at 10 minutes per rep. Then an ADS is worn just about all the time I am not hanging. I normally do 2 or 3 days on, then 1 day off.
I need some advice on breaking this plateau
