Phryiel, Saul Penmidden explains what I meant well in his post above. If you have a technique that is working, stick with it. I think it’s fine to apply a good amount of force, but don’t apply it by ‘tugging’ hard on your penis; slowly increase the stretch, making sure you are relaxing into it, until you feel you have got all the stretch you can. Then let the stretch off again slowly and repeat.
Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
I ABSOLUTELY concur with firegoat: heat the meat brother, elasticity, like solubility increases (to a point) with temperature. Proper, thorough, and dedicated heating prior to ALL PE related workouts is, to me, a real PE cornerstone.
If you’ve made these gains without a lot of warmup, now is the time to get with it on the warmup front. Keep us posted. I’ll bet you’re in for a good surprise.
Myself, I favor hot shower workouts, so the warmup goes on before, during, and after my PE. Wouldn’t change it for the world.

For the last few months, I’ve only wanted length. My starting stats are about 5.5 x 4.25, and my current is 7 x 5. I’ve been 7 x 5 for about 3-4 months, trying more and more extreme PE but I still can’t seem to add any noticeable length.
For the last few months, all I have been doing is Hanging and ADSing, hanging at 15-18 pounds about 6 times at 10 minutes per rep. Then an ADS is worn just about all the time I am not hanging. I normally do 2 or 3 days on, then 1 day off.
I need some advice on breaking this plateau
I’d like to chime in here. First, there is absolutely no reason to take a break, unless you want to put off having a bigger dick till a much later date. Second, I would increase your sets to twenty minutes, that is pretty much industry standard. Third, stop it with the rest days and hang every day. You should only take days off if you are too sore to hang. Your schedule of taking a day off every two to three days is going to severely hinder management of fatigue. If you don’t know about fatigue I suggest finding bib’s forum and read up on the art. Oh, I almost forgot. If you can, separate your six sets to three in the morning and the other three in the afternoon. There’s no reason you can’t maintain about 1/8 inch a month.
What type of hanger would you suggest, my hanger is gone to hell, and I still after a few more months have not got any significant gains. My ADS is excellent, it’s very confortable and very good at keeping circulation during the stretch.. I just need a real good hanger.
