I am back, four weeks again.

I am back, four weeks again.

Well here I am again, four weeks more of PE after my break and just reporting. These four weeks I am taking it easy the PE to recondition my unit, my workouts consisted of stretching in all five directions four sets of one minute for each side I am looking forward to increase the time to two minutes per stretch this four weeks. Just did one session daily but not to consistent, let’s say I worked out three days the first week five days the second three days the third week and four days the fourth. As for the gains just 2mm now a consistent 19.8 cm BPEL, I now it is not much but each minuscule gain is welcomed :) plus the discoloration and bruising from stretching has almost disappeared maybe the stretchmarks too. Well guys just wanted to report in.

Here I am again this last four weeks did not do my routine mainly because I was letting my unit to rest, here is what I did, I told that this past four weeks I was going to increase the stretching time to two minutes per stretch but instead I tried clamping I read as mot as I could before attempting it, well I did as recommended 3 sessions of 10 minutes resting for 10 minutes between sets, massaging my unit and jelquing fresh blood during the rest. It felt great no tingling or blackness, I watched some porn to maintain my erection level. Over the rest of the day it was plumped and had a great flaccid. Then what happened the next day is why I took the month off almost entirely, I was watching porn to get an erection and I got it it was so hard great feeling it felt thicker I measured to confirm but it was the same girth just that the consistency felt different I measured my length and it was down like .25” I think this could be for my inability to put my unit parallel from the floor. It was so hard never had an erection like this before like solid steel, anyway I decided to rest my unit to see if it get back the last .25” of length. I think clamping was to much for my unit, now I am again at the same length I really think this was because of the strength of the erection not a lost, anyway my concern is that during this month I cum faster than usual or get to much aroused, now my unit and performance has recovered. I plan to focus in just stretching for now on until I get a length than I am satisfied enough. Maybe when I try clamping next time will be with less time maybe 5 min per set. I do really think that it works but maybe 10 minutes per set was to much for me.

Well just sharing my thoughts, thanks for your help and any input will be welcomed.
