hypnosis for PE
I’m surprised to see that there hasn’t been much said here about hypnosis for PE, since I’ve had good experiences with it myself. As far as I can tell, no one has spoken of gains from hypnosis alone, so maybe I will be first.
I started with self-hypnosis several years ago after hearing about a hypno-therapist who was using suggestion to bring about breast growth in women with some success. I happened to have a set of hypnosis tapes at the time (for better self-confidence, better learning and test-taking, etc.), so I used them in a makeshift PE program. At night I would listen to the tapes, stopping them at the end of the induction part (i.e. suggestions to induce a state of hypnosis). Then I would continue with suggestions to myself, which, based on what I’d heard from the hypno-therapist working on breast size increase, involved variations on reliving the experience of pubescent penile growth.
And it worked! I had dramatic results at first. After only a few days (doing one hypnosis session every other day or so), I had gained 6 mm in length! (I’ll be using metric consistently here; I like the precision). The going slowed down after that, and I typically would start and stop constantly: I would do regular sessions for a month or so and then give it up entirely for several months. In the intervals between I usually lost some of my previous gains, which was frustrating to no end. In total: I gained about 22 mm (that’s almost 7/8”) in length through self-hypnosis. I never really paid attention to girth (wasn’t until later that I got interested in it), but I gained about 4 mm in that category through self-hypnosis. Accounting for losses, the net gain was 15 mm. This all came from about 5.5 months of actively working on my program.
More recently, I became aware of the hypnosis programs available that are specifically designed for PE. The two main ones have been talked about a little here: Victoria Wizell’s and Wendi’s. They’re pricey, yes, but because of my previous good experience with hypnosis I thought it was worth trying not just one, but both.
I tried Victoria’s program first: sessions every two or three days for about three weeks. My gains were very modest. I couldn’t discern any new length, but I did get 3 new mm in girth, which I was excited about.
A couple of months later I broke down and ordered Wendi’s program. Again, I didn’t work with it for too long— about three weeks again. However, this time I was doing sessions almost every day. I might have gone longer if I had gotten better results! As it was, I got no new girth, and about 2 mm of new length (which was just recovering some loss of previous gains, anyway).
Okay, so I know the hypnosis programs don’t sound too encouraging based on my experience. But I actually have a good deal of faith in them. In my case, I had spent a good deal of time with self-hypnosis already; I was probably experiencing diminishing gains with the technique. Someone starting from scratch with the hypnosis tapes would probably fare a lot better. Also, that experience with self-hypnosis makes me sure that the idea is sound, that it can and does work. And last, obviously I didn’t spend much time with any of this hypnosis business. Everyone in this forum knows that decent and permanent gains take a good deal of time and dedication to achieve. I seem to have a problem keeping up my dedication for any length of time, even if my work is clearly bringing results.
Even considering my fairly small time investment, my gains may seem modest. But this is what I like about PE through hypnosis: The exercises that most people in this forum use for PE are natural, yes, and a good method. But PE through hypnosis is even more natural: it is actual growth from within the penis, just the way it grows during adolescence; rather than a forcing of growth “from the outside”. I’ve tried the exercises too, and it’s like I’m punishing my unit! The dangers of bruising, discoloration, and other kinds of damage aren’t present using hypnosis. And it’s quite an easy program, compared to exercises. Forty-five minute sessions, more or less daily, is what’s needed. That’s forty-five minutes of merely lying down and listening; the only “work” is doing some visualization. And the sessions are effectively an extension of your sleep!
I also believe that some people could experience very dramatic gains using hypnosis. Response to hypnosis varies greatly from person to person. My own response to it is maybe on the low side of average— just guessing, though. Some fall into very deep trances and respond instantly and fully to hypnotic suggestions. So, some people will get only little PE through hypnosis; while the lucky few could well achieve 2 or 3 inches in a matter of several months. Most will fall somewhere in between. You never know until you try!
One last note on this for anyone who is considering trying it. I suspect that some who have tried hypnotic PE doubted its efficacy from the start, because they don’t think the recordings are getting them into a true hypnosis state. Except for the few people who fall into deep trances, I think that hypnosis is a subtle state that few really recognize when they’re in it. My consciousness doesn’t seem altered to speak of during my sessions, other than that I’m become very relaxed (yet, usually, wide awake and receptive). I’m aware of my surroundings and consciously listen to and do the visualizations dictated. Maybe it’s not even true hypnosis, but I’ve sure gotten results, so I won’t put too fine a point on it!
This has gotten to be a very long post, but I would like to list my basic stats before I finish up here. Aside from the self- and regular- hypnosis, I’ve done some “Chartham Protocol” PE - for maybe 4 months total. Also, I had a period in college when I got a surprise burst of growth (about 10 mm), probably due to a rise in testosterone levels in my body because I started working out for the first time.
