I’m doing some research in a related area. Let me finish that and I’ll post something here.

I will say now that 2 mm to 6 mm changes are easily attributable to errors in measuring. It’s a relatively small change that simply holding the ruler differently, being more or less erect than the last time, or the angle of the penis/ruler to the body can account for measurement differences in this range. A believer in hypnosis will attribute the gains to that rather than the more obvious reason of incorrect measuring.

I once had a girlfriend whose eyes would change shades of blue according to her mood. Bright blue when angry, dark blue when happy.

There is a book on how mental states affect physical ones. Supposedly the author observed some very interesting phenomena. I’ll post the title, whenever I can find it.

I first came up with the idea for my self-hypnosis after I heard about a hypnotherapist who was doing that. I even borrowed his outline of how the suggestions should go… adapting it to the male anatomy, of course!

So yeah, it involved age regression. It would take a whole lot of typing to give you any kind of a detailed script. The basic thing (at least what I did), is to age-regress by essentially playing your life backwards “in your mind’s eye”. When you get to the key age (11, 12, 13, thereabouts), stop and tell yourself to experience the full body-sensation of that point in your life; inhabit that younger body. Focus especially on the penis, of course. Note the changes going on there, what it feels like (warm and tingly from all the blood flow perhaps), and then exaggerrate the sensation. Then bring that sensation forward in time with you to the present, where it will stay with you. I had to improvise and embellish a lot, but ultimately it seemed to work.

Both Victoria’s and Wendi’s programs have a variation on this, along with other sessions that use different techniques.

I have Wendi’s program. It just doesn’t get me going. I think that it’s “not manly enough” for me. She does have a great voice, though. I guess I’m thinking “she doesn’t have one, how the hell does she know about it?”. One thing about doing your own script is that you know how you really feel about something. You can always trust your own voice too. I might have a script or two buried somewhere in my files. Maybe I can modify one of those an add a personal touch to it. Thanks for the advice!

Sorry to hear it. It didn’t always get me going either, but all in all I’d say she used quality scripts. I still haven’t returned to my hypnosis regimen BTW— I’m too lazy and/or busy.

That’s a good observation about measurement error, Westla, but not the case for me. I’ve always taken my measuring seriously. Whenever I recorded gains it was based on many measurements taken on different occasions. And I’ve always kept my measuring technique as consistent as possible.

I think adding this to a solid PE routine can’t hurt, and may improve gains by syncing up the mind and body.

That’s great! Good to hear that. Did you do a taped script? I’m curious about what approach you used. I’m working on script now. I’m trying to do some “forward memory” of what having an 8x6 will feel like. As Major Mark calls it, the “Essence of Big Dick-ness”. I may end up doing a poll about what it feels like to acquire a big dick. I’d like to know what the signposts are on the journey.

I’m no anatomy expert, but I do know that the mind is an impressive organ. I once read (for a fact) that some children we’re able to send their cancer into remission by willpower (they actually imagined their white blood cells attacking the affected tissue).
As for the possibility of growth - the majority of cells in the penis do regenerate and new ones grow all the time. As for what controls the growth.. There are a lot of supposed factors: hormones are obvious. During puberty a certain mixture of hormones triggers the body to manifest secondary sexual characteristics (beard, body hair, penile and testicular growth, breast growth in women). At the end of puberty this mixture has caused all the modifications needed for maturity, and so it changes itself to allow the individual to reproduce. Of course, some modifications still occur in the adult body: body hair spreads, even the penis grows (even if at sloooow speed).
However, we are all far from understanding all the factors implicated in tissue growth.

Statistically, the gains are not very relevant because it is very difficult to measure such an organ. Maybe if more people saw results and reported them

BUT as long as the person feels himself being bigger, his confidence increases so, he is bigger.

Anyway, if it works and doesn’t hurt, why not?
