How's your erection?

To update, I am now 45 and my EQ is often at for the most part at 10.

I 20 y/o atm, I started having my first (sexual relationship a few months ago). Before that I had erections in public, or whenever I wanted without touching myself. Since I had sex things changed, at first everything was good but then the relationship started to get bad (on/off, on/off) when my ED started. Sometimes I couldn’t get it up or couldn’t stay hard long enough. After this I didn’t had my morningwood (maybe sometimes) and sometimes I was able to have sex (little alcohol, good mood,.). When we broke up I started PE, I did it for 2 weeks and I got my morningwood back, and better erections. But they still were not the same as they used to be before my first sexual experience. After those 2 weeks I started seeing here again sometimes, sex worked fine because I bought some Viagra which - although it probably is problem in my head not in my penis - worked very good, after a few times I had the confidence and I didn’t need those pills anymore. Now I have not seen her for about 2 weeks (getting over it), and doing PE again. Now I have hard morning wood, better erections but It’s still very hard to get them in public (or just in my room) without touching myself. Hope things get back to normal.

a) Between 19 and 25 (I do not want my friends figuring out who I am on here, it’s not that they would know I do PE I just don’t want them seeing pictures of my erect penis. So no exact age)

b) I have fairly strong erections, about 95% what they were 7-8 years ago.

c) I can’t really tell how PE has effected my erections, if I had to guess I would say not at all.

e) I think that if your erections are lacking there is always a way to get them to 100%

My erections is usually between 8-9, but I hope to reach 10 soon. Planning to quit snus (Scandinavian tobacco) to achieve the last step, but that is something of a challenge.

After I started PE I have become somewhat overly conscious about my dick, erections etc. and as a consequence analyse it frequently.
The last days I have experienced the effects off a cold combined with stress, and the effect it’s had on my erections. No spontaneous erections, and almost no sex-lust at all. It’s weird, because I have never given it a conscious thought before, and it freaked me out a bit.

However, a good nights sleep yesterday brought a splendid morning wood today and calmed my nerves and overworking brain.

Erection at age

I am 69 going on 70.

I get excellent night wood if I have not taken too many days off. Erections are not when ever. I have to work to get them. Day time erections are 80% of night which seem about 90% of my youth.

I work on a 4-2, 3-1, 2-1 schedule. I then take a 4- 5 day decon. My routine varies a bit with 20 min of stretches at different directions followed by 25 min. Of jelking at 75-80%. I include ullis and horse squeeze every other day.

My erections are a lot better with PE. I had prostrate laser surgery, am taking testosterone ( doctors orders), and am in fair shape, a bit overweight.

A) 31

B) Intensely hard erections; 100%. It depends, on a day of PE yes or no. However, a day or two after a solid PE session, hell yeah I am.

C) PE has made them better.

D) Do not suffer from bad erections.

E) Tough PE has made my erections weak temporarily but after about 1-4 days off it comes back at raging strength.

I’m 57. I suffer from occasionaI e.d. And that’s predominantIy due to reIationship issues. My morning wood is aIways 110% and P.E. Has made a significand difference in that aspect.

P.E. Can be fatiguing but I’ve Iearned to not push as hard as I used to and it hasn’t been an issue hese Iast few years.

At age 53, I am capable of positively huge erections—but only when doing PE. If I’ve lapsed on my routine for a few days, the ability dramatically wanes. At this age, everything hinges on regular PE.

Two years ago they were non existent. ED and very low T developed and I was living in flaccid city. This is when i found all if the details of PE. Im not joking, PE has made a profound difference in my life. These days, I’d say my EQ is an 8 or 9 (~90% erect).

c) How has PE affected your erections? Worse or better?

d) If you suffer from bad erections, is it because you have a heavy routine? What`s your routine? PE has only improved.
If I do too much, I will turtle, which tells me to dial it back a bit.
