To be honest boys, I have no idea how to pinpoint EXACTLY what caused it.

The people who say stress, I question it. Because my whole life I’ve lived with a lot of stress. True, this is sort of a new phase for me in life. Where I’m not “protected” at home anymore. Kind of out there on my own; stressful home life is not EXTREMELY stressful.

Maybe the only thing saving me as a teen was a whole lot of uncontrollable hormones, and now the floodgates are closed. If so - how to reopen them? Even possible?

And then there’s the PE injury thing. “Nerve damage”. Well I’ve read Eroset’s Magic Lotion thread. Haven’t tried it out yet. Recently just started bed fowfers.

In my heart I want to believe it’s the increased stress. But I’m not a doctor, and most doctors don’t listen.

Hell I went to a urologist who told me to take Vitamin E and rest for 3 weeks.

Right now I’m trying light touching only, and rest, and bed fowfers. Kingpole is helping me to choose how to supplement.

I’ll probly know by next week for that.

Vitamin “E” great for blood flow and is anti inflamatory. Above 800iu it is estrogenic.

Lol, KP man, I can’t keep track of all these supps.

And the only reason he gave me Vit. E was for Peyronie’s Disease, just in case down the line.

He squeezed the side of my dick (btw not to mention I was already nervous on top of it), it hurt a little, and he said, “Yea it’s a little firmer than normal but other than that nothing.”

He actually asked me if it hurt, I said yea, and he still did nothing.

How do I know it’s not nerve damage?

I get very strong erections and my flaccid length is substantial as well.

My erections have become stronger than ever since starting PE. What’s important to note is it took trial and error to discover how much work my penis could handle to make gains without overworking it.

D) If you suffer from bad erections, is it because you have a heavy routine? What`s your routine?

My routine basically involves 3 two-week sessions in which the number of exercises, reps, and intensity increases. After every 12 weeks, I take off 2 weeks no matter how good I feel, a mandatory rest period. Then after a 2 week light workout period, I start over again. The foundation of my exercises is, of course the jelq, both machine and dry hand jelqs. If anyone would like more details on my workout and my other tools, please inquire and I would be glad to share my info.

E) If your erections currently are lacking because of tough PE. Are you thinking that it will come back when you ease off from your routine and let your member recover?

My approach to PE is similar to my approach in the gym. Everyone has different limits on how much their body can take. Once you find that out and plan accordingly, you will not encounter these problems.

At one time, PE had a terrible effect on my erections. It was to the point where I couldn’t get above an 80% erection. It turns out that I was way overdoing clamping, was frustrated from not growing, and had some severe depression at the time. Today, I’ve smartened up a bit and have the best erections I’ve ever had. I’m actually gaining now too.

Past experience has proven this to be true.

I’ve always had hard erections and can get them whenever I want (and keep them as long as she wants)
PE has only made them harder and faster to pop up. When I get hard now, it almost hurts it’s so hard and morning wood is rock busting hard every day.

I do take arganine, dhea, ginko b. , and I try to take fish oil, but I don’t always keep up with it.

It’s very hard for a doctor to decide if you have nerve damage when you have the same feeling in your dick. The dorsal nerve splits up all over your penis and meets behind the penis head. In your penis base are valves who close/open when stimulated. When these are damaged, your penis will respond poorly/ non when you feel your libido explode and you have those typical symptoms with poor erection and climax delays and it’s not going away either you take 2 or 20 months rest. These damages are often permanent and it’s nothing to be done with it. Trust me, I have been looking for salutations for a long time.

But, as I replied before, there are hope in the future and be happy that this isn’t the 60-70s.

B) Today I have nothing to complain about my erections it’s 20 times better than when I have my 15’s, anything good that I hear from my GF it’s enough to make my buddy go in the war position, I pass 11 days on beach (it’s has been 3 weeks) and sometimes it’s was difficult to make my buddy stay calm, erection in beach it’s something you want to avoid, if you get me.

read this two articles;

I summarize for you : cause of Nocturnal Penile Tumescence (scientific name of morning wood) is believed to be REM activity (dreams); deprivation of this phase, or disturbs of it, cause lossen morning wood. I think you know also that anti-anxiety drugs, so well that althered psychologic life, cause lessen of REM phase.
So, as said, morning woods are in no way a proof of sexual disfunction or nerve damage.
