But you shouldn’t really be advising people to be taking these herbs and what not unless you’re an herbalist or doctor.

As far as supplementing myself, again, I told you what I believe. It’s all BS. I take a multivitamin on most days, it has all the zinc and vitamin c a 21 y/o needs.

And I WORK AT A GYM, which I’ve already mentioned. So there goes that theory out the window.

As far as “snapping” 767, I’d agree that yea, maybe the stress I’ve been experiencing the last year have been especially extreme because I was being consistently and systematically pushed out of my home; not to mention the emotional and sometimes physical abuse by my mom (again, used to that since a kid).

I appreciate the input, but I honest don’t think anyone so far is accredited enough to advise me (unfortunately).

I really don’t know what to do. I have some BDD (Body Dysmorphia Disorder), and part of my quest for an even bigger dick is that. Going to a doctor will probably end up with him telling me that nothing’s wrong and to rest for a few weeks.

Can I do that?

I don’t know. When you’re under a lot of stress with an already naturally high sex drive it’s hard to go much farther than a week (which I’ve done before and accomplished nothing).

Personally, and I could be wrong, but I think PE is not for me. I think it hurt my dick in the long run, I think I aggravated the nerve(s).

Why do I say this?

Well because after I masturbate, the big vein on my penis is sore, and so are the sides of my dick (in addition to being firm even after becoming unerect again.)

This is why I will in all likelihood pursue getting phalloplasty. Only problem is finding a doctor near NYC, since Whitehead ain’t practicing anymore.

The one thing I might try before that would be hanging (only because even with surgery you need to hang), but again, most posters here say you need to condition your dick before you jump into that, and I’m already going through this “injury”, so who knows.

These are food grade herbs, can be recommended by anyone, hardly think I’m anyone, I’m six years into my physicians assistant degree. Doctors come to me for advice on herbs and supplements. Some patients refuse to take medications.

For example I would not prescribe or recommend gypsum weed to anyone, it is not a food grade herb.

For that matter here are some foods great for erections and penis health.

Celery
Any kind of meat
Oatmeal
Peanut butter
Corn
Cabbage, cabbage blocks the hormone inhibin which tells your dick go become flaccid again.
Sunflower seeds

No offense King, but in order for any of those foods to have any substantial effect on someone they would have to be seriously deficient.

Peanut butter is not gonna reverse the effects of tissue or nerve damage due to over-strenuation.

And as for burning a vanilla candle - Uh yea, I’m sure burning a candle will really calm down someone who has a severe personality disorder.

Over 60% of the adult male population can not get it up at one time or the other. Perhaps diet can help,

I was serious about the vanila candle, smell is a powerful stimuli affecting moods. It may work my cynical little friend. I had a Alzheimer’s patient with a personality disorder to boot for three years I took custodial care of this man. Vanila/lavender candles soothed the beast. Better yet get a incense it is safer than a candle.

So you must be a fitness trainer I assume? Then you probably know the affects of stress and anger, even fear on the body. You seem to be lashing out on us posting not so much angry post but cynical post.

Then you probably know that lunges and squats even crunches may help with erection issues. Anger,fear are vassal constrictors this would be a direct contribution to ED.

I had ED, I have hypothyroid disease and diabetes, I like you, I was very cynical at one time it nearly killed me.
Remember the word disease is two words dis and ease.

I know from experience what works for ED, diabetes and hypothyroid disease.

Yes, I am angry and scared. That’s something my therapist could’ve told me (and has). When you’re running or fighting you don’t get an erection. It seems like this entire summer, and last summer as well, I’ve been “fighting” continuously, even when she’s not around it’s an internal fight because of deadlines to kick me out, and because of my BDD (which if you read up on it causes people stay homeward bound alot).

The best thing for me is to slay one beast, and work on the other.

I plan on moving out of this situation, where I can atleast control some of my destiny without the fear of being kicked out on the street, or being yelled at if I don’t do things perfectly before she comes home.

Trust me, you may have gone through penis problems, but you haven’t gone through some of the crap I have, feel glad.

That Asian quack doctor that sells those herbal remedies. He’s been well exposed as a fraud on this site.

And while not getting morning wood may not be so bad, I want it back. And let’s not forget having BDD and a illogical insecurity about my dick.

When I was 12 or 13, I knew there were 3 things I wanted to change about myself. My nose, my chest, and my dick.

There was nothing so bad about any of them, but I knew if I did I would be happier. To this day I’ve changed 2 of the 3.

All that’s left is my dick; but it’s taken longer than expected. PE should be enjoyable, like exercise. When injuries happen without explanation, and it stops being fun and starts becoming an anxiety (again, the BDD), the only resort I can think of is Phalloplasty and/or maybe hanging (which is a mindless exercise that doesn’t require attention).

Thanks for the suggestions, but “lavender candles” and “ab work” can only do so much when you’re living with a violent imbalanced person.

Trust me.

I know better than anyone, and the only reason I’m still here is because I’ve been perhaps too focused on my insecurities and not enough on getting away from home.*

Thanks. Hell yeah, after 7 years of absence in weights room, I hit em hard since late june and have some nice progress.

Right, it isn’t medical or scientific; and of course not every treatment/exercise/drug works the same, or at all, for everyone. The medical and/or scientific data would be what provides the reason *why* this is so, and possibly evaluate differences on an individual basis. IF PE were a science - if medical and scientific knowledge & investigation were truly brought to bear on it, as opposed to having to rely mostly on anectodal advice - we might be able to go to a doctor and find out whether, say, jelqing would be of any benefit in our particular case (evaluating for plasticity and elasticity and who knows what else), and/or whether it would help or harm EQ. PE regimens could be tailored to individuals, saving untold hours of wasted time and effort that the current hit-or-miss / sift-through-mountains-of-contradictory-anectodal-advice method entails for a lot of us. I know this isn’t the case right now, but wouldn’t it be nice? I’m just sayin’.

What this would take would be one or more interested parties with a scientific or medical background actually making a study of PE (with funding? Don’t tell me there isn’t anyone out there who’d be willing to fund something like this!)…and it seems that with Thunder’s enormous membership, there might (just might) be someone in the ranks who will eventually step up to this, and take PE out of the stone age.

Bobs3304; I’m no doctor but I have and are experiencing the same thing you are. After being gone from PE for 15 months (I did get a nasty injury from PE) I still don’t have farly morning woods and spontaneous erections. Before they were sick, but after stretching with a ADS device I fucked my self up, probably for life (I’m 18) I now have nerve damage and I do think you also have it. It’s a typical injury in PE and often it’s permanent. The fact is only that people like me often disappear in the mist and don’t give a status report. Guess what, PE often result in permanent damages if you are a idiot about it, like I was (young)

If you take a quick look on Google you would see that there isn’t possible to cure nerve damage but there is hope in the future. There will maybe be a “gen-cure” out in 5 years which may help people with nerve damage.

Again, I don’t know what you have done, how much rest you had. But my advice is to stopp and don’t do ANY pe before returning to normal. If it isn’t normal after a year and a half, welcome to my world!

Either my hand & imagination or of course my partner only has to give the ideal and I’m happy to say things always still stand up for the deed

PE has been a pleasure since finding out about it and has so far it has not effected me in any neg. Way and I have only had positive results

Sure stress can add to things but then we are not machines that just turn off and on, on demand

I say a good life style of proper food & diet, exercise and rest but most important the power of the mind is a major factor in all things!

Muggles: It’s very simple, you’re overtraining. PE is, IMO, as healthy for your penis as running is for your heart.

But it’s only healthy if you can realize when you’re overtraining, and then take a step back accordingly. Even if you only do 10 jelqs, 1 day a week, and it causes you to have less EQ, then you’re overtraining. Everyone is different, so while 1 man can do 1000000 jelqs and not overtrain, the next can do 10 jelqs and still overtrain. Genetics has a lot to do with it. So does the frequency you have sex/masturbate, as having an erecftion is a light form of PE.
