Bobs3304: Try to check your diet before turning to any supplements, check if your have enough omega3 and good fats in general. Exogenous estrogens? Have you gained weight lately? Stress is major cause of ED, while your hormones were skyrocketing during puberty you didnt feel it effect on erection, but they may not be as high any more :(

BTW: I lost morning wood somewhere between 25-26, I sorted it out recently (I’m 27) by:
Got rid of erratic sleep patterens. 8hr sleep minimum, 9 if possible.
No junk food, no pizzas and pasta, lots of meat, fish oil, eggs, broccoli, moderate amount of simple carbs, almost complex carbs (I’m carb sensitive)
Turned back to weightlifting, after 7 years :D
No smoking, no booze, period.
Moderate PE - some jelqs, pumping now and then, I recently added hanging.

Not sure if it works, but I do use it - ball zinger, I made myself one from piece of zinc and cut silver ring, soldered together with a wire, I could swear my bollocks got bigger, my lady confirms that - she can’t fit them both in her mouth, and she used to do that not long ago.

When I was 23 I had 120% morning wood, and could have sex 3 times one evening. I havent quite got back to that golden period, but after 2 months wood is some 105%-110% (100+ means that it hurts :) ) and can do it twice.

Dude let me reiterate this for you:

I’m not going to start taking nutrients like I’m a 50 year old guy with colon cancer.

Listen my diet is basically the same as it was in high school. I’ve ALWAYS dealt with high loads of stress (yes I’ll admit they’re slight higher nowadays).

All I want is to get my dick back in the swing of things so that I can go back to PE.

Hell I might even consider penis surgery, who knows?

How is it that some people get bettter wood from PE while others (like me) get weaker wood? There’s no doubt that PE is the cause. When I stop PE, i go back to 100% in about a week. After some real EQ problems following a harsh routine, I took a decon break (about 3 weeks) and then started up again with a less harsh routine - but even doing 75 or so jelqs a day, 4-5 days a week, with no stretching at all, decreases the quality of my erections, which frankly isn’t worth the tiny gains I’ve seen. What’s the point of having a bigger erection if you don’t get fully erect (except with lots and lots of stimulation)? It adds up to a net loss.

So…is there anyone on this forum who could bring some medical/scientific insight to bear on why different people get such different EQ effects from PE?

This isnt medical or scientific. It is logic. People are different. Tylenol works for you but not for me, if you understand.

BTW, Everything is relative and in the eye odf the beholder. To you, having a bigger dick which cant get as hard as your smaller dick is a loss. To me, I will take it anyway.

My routine 10min warm up is 10min stretching in all directions 15min jelqing 5min of stretching then warm down. Later in the evening I warm up 10min where my extender for 2hours massage for 5 min then pump 3 10min sets at 8Hg then 3 5 min of clamping after that I warm down and massage. When I do my workouts I mix it up like 1 week I will go 6 days 1 off then week 2 every other day week 3 5 on 2 off week 4 2on 1off I’m always changing the amount of days. I also take vitamins a multi, some zinc, magnesium,l-arginine . I’m researching into other supplements but that’s my routine.

a) I’m 22 years old.

b) Very strong and whenever I want (I’m serious, I’m a monkey :D )

c) I don’t know if it’s just the kegels or the whole program but now I get hard rock erections for almost any time I want to mantain and sometimes get hard out of the blue! Lately, as I’m saying, the wind blows and there I am, hard. PE has improved my erections with no doubt AT ALL. :)

d) Never suffered from bad erections.

e) Lacking? You gotta be kidding me. :D

A. age 55
B. very strong, morning wood nearly every am.
C. Increased sensitivity, PE’ing for girth only now.

Supplements taken: Liquid multi-vitamin, ZMA, Green Tea.

Run cross-country or bike daily, lift weights.

Besides, I didn’t need arginine pills just 3 years ago when I was getting huge morning wood, and arginine occurs naturally in foods like peanut butter anyway.

Most supplements like that are bogus IMO.

Are you on anti depressants?

If so you may want to take Ginkgo Biloba with your 4-6 grams of alpha arginine ketogluterate. Sounds like the tension at home may be the reason.

Bobs, to me it seems that it’s just the stress that tips you off. People can handle tremendous amounts of stress, but eventually they snap :D

If you really want to know what it is, do a proper bloodwork and go to good endocrinologist with it.

Bob you may have to supplement like a 50 year old with colon cancer.You need to up your “B” vitamin complex,Zinc and vitamin “C” if you are forced to deal with loads of stress.

Erections are very weak at best. About 80%. Cannot get them whenever I want and when I do want one it’s a huge struggle.

I don’t do PE so parts c, d, and e do not apply.

KP: no, but it’s possible. I was definitely heading there. Now I’m trying to reverse damage thats been done, and it seems to be working nicely, so no point asking leeches yet.

Yes, blood pressure was 114 over 72 and the cholesterol number was 185. I don’t know if that was LDL or what. My doctor just always tells me that number.
