Ok, I’m stretching the truth here. Of course you have to do your standard Stretch/Jelq/blah/blah malarky aswell. However, I’ve discovered something that has been overlooked by many.

Cardiovascular exercise

Now I didn’t think this was at all important for me, what being 19 and in pretty good health. When I say health, I mean not obese and rather skinny with some muscle. Not too much, but the past month I’ve pushed it and grown myself out a bit. And of course I’m stretching the truth yet again, I use to smoke quite alot (A habit which I’m confident I’ve quit, except for weekend weed).

Anyway, after about 6-8 months of Jelqing my dick gradually became very tired and lazy, it will either have moments of being too erect or too little. It became tiresome for me after finishing 100 jelqs and I would get into a lazy routine. And this all changed when I started exercising. I first started exercising lightly, I was more concerned with building my body with crunches, dumbells and all that jazz. And about a week after starting that I began to take creatine and also incorporate 10-20 minute jogging/1-2 hour walking a day.

All I’m saying is… Wow

With all this working out I didn’t have time to start PE, so I left that for a week and a half and returned, and did 2 days of 300 jelqs(It felt like the ‘newbie’ feeling). I was having fun with my girlfriend until I realised how HUGE I had grown in the department. While still hard I told my girlfriend I will be right back from the toilet just to check things out. My glans was an unbelievable round power sponge, it was swelling erect to the size of an intense jelq without me even gripping it. It felt and looked noticably heavier, and I could feel it was bigger from my index finger and thumb test.

I usually have a small glans, around 4’7-4’9 on a normal erection (Sometimes my glans just doesn’t swell when the shaft is hard, or the glans swells and shaft is soft). I had what I could only describe as an uber-dick moment, using my hand I quickly measured and must of realised it was 1/5th of an inch bigger to only 3 days before. Suffice to say I double checked that following night and my glans still kept alot of blood in.

Possible theories

1) Creatine supplement - Water retention, possibly affecting glans, if we view a glans like a ‘sponge’ being able to hold more excess water.
2) Better circulation to glans - Possibly from months of jelqing it won’t be suprising a glans got tired. A week and a half of deconditioning and intense cardiovascular activity was the ticket to pumping more blood down there. My penis generally feels heavier, fuller and elastic.

Now I found PE workouts unbelievable easy, I no longer need to masturbate or wait ages til I’m unerect and could do 300 jelqs the same time as doing 150 without all the difficulty

There is no doubt your new health is helping your jelqing stamina at least! I just started taking a Creatine supplement today. I am hoping for the same “surprise” gains in my PE as well as my pecs and biceps, etc.

It`s a well known fact that cardiovascular exercise helps with circulation of the blood in the dick. About the creatine it is interesting. I tooked Naposim for a month a year ago, a steroid that has a powerfull effect in retaining water in the body and my dick grew, but only temporary.

I’ll make it my New Year’s resolution…

Jungalist: I am really interested in your theory about creatine and penis growth. I used to take creatine but noticed that once you stop, not only do you lose a lot of water, but you lost a lot of mass. I’m just wondering if the creatine is giving you a false increase in penis size. I’m sure a combination of both aided in your growth spurt, but I’m just concerned that if you stop taking your creatine, your size might decrease to what it was before.

Lifting weights help increase testosterone and cardio exercise (like HIIT) helps increase circulation - two things that are really beneficial for PE.

How long have you been taken creatine?

Would you consider not taking creatine for a while to see if your size decreases?
and
Was your growth in length, girth or both?

If you do stop taking it and your size does NOT decrease, it may be another road that hard-gainers might embark upon.

I was reading YGuy’s Progress Thread and noticed that he took creatine supplements as well (and we all know how much he’s gained).

I take creatine aswell.. can really notice any difference in my dick size.. However I only use it in my carbs i drink during training. About 5-10g 3 times a week. Good for restitution, but as mentioned not difference in my dick size.

Worth to mention; I have used creatine before and have been doing PE on/off for quite some time.

If you take creatine, stick with the German made stuff - much higher % of creatine mono. Than others - I did a bunch of research on this 2 yrs ago. It costs more but, like they say, you get what you pay for.
I don’t know whether it could help the size of the dick, interesting question.

Yeah I totally agree with this, I use to run three miles a day (five days a week) and do some more things an my dick would be fat as hell, I’m going to start it back up I just need to catch up and finish out my quarter strong.

I too am starting to exercise more and am looking to see similar gains in regards to increased stamina and blood flow. It would be very interesting to see if these supplement gains are permanent or at least help.

That is possible, I wasn’t aware it would affect my dick but lately jelqing has been so much easier because of it. I don’t think you can necessarily lose too much mass and weight on creatine(you lose some but you keep what you rightfully earnt), sure there would be a slight deflation of appearance in the body but the creatine with conjucture of protein synthesis and extended workouts gains would still be there.

It’s like if you don’t use it you lose it, creatine alone would do little. I will discontinue after 6 weeks, it has been 2 weeks since ive used creatine, first week 6x700mg(4.2g) second week 5x700mg(3.5), I will probably stick with 5 capsules a day. It is pure monohydrate.

Growth was length and girth, it feels alot more manly and rigid. Not harder, but definately more full of blood. Water kept isn’t being wasted through the urine or sweating and it stays in the blood and skeleton muscles. This should help in tissue expanding as there is more blood to stretch and expand the cell tissues. Make sense?

It’s possible my initial size increase will decrease when I stop taking it, but im confident the gains won’t. The penis has adjusted to the creatine jelqed dick so it would probably continue.

I will keep you guys informed.

Hmmmm….What I am hearing is that you took a break, and when you came back you found you grew. Is it possible the working out and creatine had nothing to do with it? Lots of folks have reported a burst of gains directly after a break. Some of your previous symptoms were similar to overtraining symptoms. I don’t think it sounded like you were overtraining, though. Sigh….if only penises could talk…
