How To Thicken the Base

Hanging will more than likely give you base girth gains. Almost all guys, myself included, report gains of base girth with hanging.

I count my girth gains to pumping, hanging and clamping, at this point with most growth at the base and the glans (come on mid-shaft.. catch up :) ).

Hey guys thanks for the advice and suggestions. I’m trying to keep my PEing to be as simple as possible meaning the only tools I want to use for PEing is my clamp and hands. I don’t have the time, money nor the privacy to do pumping or hanging.

So is there anything else I can do to increase my base girth? Or maybe I should continue my current routine and see if it hopefully straightens everything out.

Hardcore stretching may bring similiar results as hanging would be the only suggestion I would have if only clamps and hands.

A good exercise that has given good result me is, to press with two fingers in the base of the penis in pubis and soon to do jelqs with the other hand.

Is cloth enough for a wrap? I use t-shirt cloth to protect from a metal hose-clamp. It feels fine. But is the cloth to thin?

I use a long strip of thick cloth (like t shirt material folded in half) wound around 3 times. It does the job very well.

I’m getting the baseball shape also. I guess I’m using way too much wrap. I have been using half a roll!

I don’t see why a large amount of wrap would reduce the girth enhancing effects of clamping on base. It only distributes the clamping force so it is more even. The net clamping force on your base is the same, only distributed more evenly. Thus, I would think, if anything, wrap actually would promote more growth of base.

Why would less wrap be more effective in preventing the Baseball Shape Effect than more wrap?

If you want to help enlarge the base try doing reverse trap jelqs.

I don’t have a clue personally, just an idea really. I’m sure that if 3 guys clamped their cocks; one without wrap, one with thin wrap and one with lots of wrap, that their cocks would react in slightly different ways. The only possibly unusual aspect to your clamping method is that you favour using quite thick wrap - just a thought. Then again perhaps your penis is susceptible to altering it’s shape quicker than most? :confused:

I thinking about an exercise to increase base girth and I thought of kegeling when jelqing up the shaft. So for example, when I’m jelqing up the shaft, every half inch I would kegel in blood, then jelq another half inch and kegal again. Continue this until you have no more penis left.

Has anyone been doing this exercise? If so, is it better than regular jelqing and what kind of results did you see? I’m gonna try out this exercise for now and see what happens.
