How to manually clamp?

I wanted to know how exactly it is done. I wont start yet with it but I wanted to inform myself about the subject. And if any of you wants to share anecdotes or anything about it please tell me.

P.S. How much have you gain from it if any will be of great help. :)

It’s self-explanatory. You make a tourniquet grip at the base of your erect penis to prevent blood from exiting.

However, I don’t see the point because your hand will get tired and cable clamps provide more consistency as far as pressure goes because you count the “clicks”.

Of course, neither of them are suited for beginners.
