How to Jelq

As long as you can regain your erection, it’s not really a show stopper, it might just take a little longer. It might be worth considering a hot wrap whilst regaining your erection. If you need to you can use viagra whilst jelqing but maybe start with a lower dose than you do for sex, 1/4-1/2 a pill and raise it as needed.

Kegeling should help your erections and that’s something you can do anytime anywhere but as with any other muscular exercise, build up slowly and maintain.

I have some queries and observations on jelqing that I would appreciate comments on.

Firstly I will explain how I jelq. I do an inverted V two handed jelq with one hand facing down toward the pubic bone with a finger either side of my penis. I then squeeze the two fingers together a bit from underneath using the other hand. While squeezing I use both arms to slowly pull towards the glans. I then hold it there for a few seconds to get a bit of stretch and then release and start again at the base. I am uncut so I am able to do this as a dry jelq. I picked up this technique over at PEGym where it was called the ‘Ultimate Jelq’. I tend to jelq at a 70 - 80% erection level if possible. As others have found my erection level drops off after a few jelqs but a bit of stimulation gets it back up

I find this technique puts good pressure on the CCs but little on the urethra or the dorsal vein. Is this what you want in an ideal jelq? I can see why you would not want to squeeze the urethra but what about the dorsal vein? I ask this because I am not sure my technique is pushing a lot of blood towards the glans. Also I note that a lot of other techniques do put pressure on these other areas (eg OK grip or the mechanical canning type tongs used in the horizontal position). I have been doing this for some time and it does seem to help me but I thought it was time for a rethink and to seek the views of other forum members.

Austfred, that is correct. Have you tried using an overhand jelq? Using your thumb and pointer finger , palm facing away from you , forming a “n” like that. Very comfortable and also easy on the knuckles and takes only one hand and you can alternate hands every 10 jelqs , and go as slow as you want with each stoke , slower the better around 10 seconds, make each one count.

Just want to make sure I understand you. Are you saying the ideal jelq should squeeze mainly the CCs and not the urethra or dorsal vein areas? If that is the case then the inverted V jelq I am using is ok.

No I have not tried it but will give it a go to see how it compares.

I suppose the real question I was asking was should you put pressure on the dorsal area as well as the CCs (sides) as you jelq?

The two handed inverted V jelq allows you to both easily put more pressure on the CCs while applying more forward force as a result of using both hands. I find I can alternate between hands or slightly change the vertical angle between jelqs which seems to have a similar effect. By using both hands you can also make sure the forward force is at right angles to the body so swapping hands seems less important.

Have tried it and it works fine. Gives a good grip and seems to put more pressure on the dorsal area than the inverted V without much pressure near the urethra.

Hello everyone, I started with PE-ing few days ago and after 2 days of jelquing mine vein on penis is so much visible. My vein is pumped out whenever I have erection and it looks awsome. Is that okey or is it a problem ?

Sounds like it’s quite normal as long as there’s no soreness or pain.

What is better for a newb, dry or wet jelq?

Try both and make your decision. Dry jelqs more intense so count 5 wet jelqs for 1 dry jelq (just a rule of the thumb).

I favored wet jelq previously but now prefer dry. It seems to provide a the ability to do a sloer stroke yet really grip and feel the effect more. I was concerned that dry would create more of an uncircumcised effect. However, by pushing the skin back to the base first before the stroke neutralizes any excessive stretching.

Could I be too small to jelq ?

I am 5.5” hard and erect. However when I’m flaccid, I tend to have a lot of bunched up foreskin at the base and I am barely 1/2” before the head. When jelqing and I have to stop 1” short of the head, sadly that would put it inside my body wall. When I’m 30-50% erect, I could maybe have an 1” to jelq. However I’d never get 30% unless I’ve been playing with the kitten, where I usually blow clean past 30% and end up @ 80% or above and the kitten is too busy sucking or squeezing or down right hoisting her butt and inviting me in to wait for me to jelq then. Is there a device that can take a flaccid penis and healthily jelq it. Mainly I am looking for length right now.

Hi guys, how’s it going?

I wondered if anybody had any pictures or videos of how to perform the two handed Jelq.I have watched all the videos but have not seen one of the two handed Jelq. Also I have type in the search bar and found topics but none explain how to perform this.

FYI - After doing research it seems the two handed Jelq gives better results so that is why I am keen to do this rather than the one handed. (Although feel free to correct me if that is not the case).

Not sure what you mean by two handed. Wet jelqing is done with both hands, dry jelqing with the c-grip uses both hands simultaneously in the stroke. If you are dry jelqing the c-grip is a good grip. If you are wet jelqing both hands are in use pretty much all the time, as shown in the video.

The jelq squeeze is done with one hand permanently stationed at the base of the penis (see video). It’s an advanced exercise (by advanced I mean has much increased chances of injury for someone who hasn’t got a lot of experience with PE) and I wouldn’t recommend it as a replacement for jelqing (it’s often done after jelqing).

I think you’ve probably read something somewhere that’s maybe trying to sell you old boots possibly with a new name. Link it, we’ll see.

Tom Hubbard isn’t here anymore. He went a little bonkers (holocaust denial etc.) and was later asked to leave when he wouldn’t stop spamming. Tom talked about the c-grip.

Thanks for getting back to me. I think I have my wires crossed somewhere. I just heard there was a one handed Jelq and a two handed Jelq.

In the video you mentioned the person uses the OK grip. But I have read that it is dangerous and there are better grips out there when Wet Jelqing. What grip should I be using if the OK grip is no good. The C grip? If so does the C grip put pressure on the top of the penis when the thumbs and bottom of the penis with your finger(s)?
