How to cut your PE goal time in half

Do girth and length exercises at the same time,(not both at the same time but not length first then girth) seems simple doesn’t it. But it seems there are a lot of people out there who have gained well doing one at a time, but I’m sure there are those who gain girth and length simultaneously due to them training for length and girth at the same time.

My questions to those who train both, and I know your out there, are as follows:

Have you always done girth and length exercises together?

If not why did you change?

Have you gained in both departments?

If so do you continue to gain?

If yes to the above what is your routine?

Is there anyone here who did do both but has opted away from doing both because of negative or very slow gains?

If so are your gains now better since you stopped? , and your thoughts on this.

Any thing else to add which may be helpful but not mentioned.

I feel this is a very important topic in which could help newbies and the intermediates and even the hard gaining vets, if you could cut your PE goal time in half wouldn’t you?

Current routine:

15x3min of stretching (left, right, straight forward (twice), up (twice), down (twice), downward left, downward right, backwards left, backwards right, backwards up (3 times).
6x1 minutes of inverted v stretch
3x3 min of birdies
5x 20 seconds of amazing isometrics

I think you cut down your PE goal time down to 60 % because your penis gains length slower because it has to repair girth to and the other way around.

Positive response so far, My feeling is that they both can be gained simultaneously rather than one then the other, this makes my beliefs stronger.

So far so good.

Current rountine:

Shower and light stretches
Warm up
Lubricated jelqs
Warm down
Intensified stretches
Kegels
(sometimes at night) Edging

Times vary so much it would be pointless to mention.

Yeh, jelqing with the tip of the cock facing to the floor is good for both length and girth.

5.5 ——> 8+ inches EL
5.———> 6+ inches EG

I would recommend it, though I think it is commonly practised already.

I dunno, I do a lot of things I think other guys don’t do. Like a really, really good warm-up, a relaxed outlook based more on what I ‘feel’ than a hard-set routine, eating good food, exercising regularly, walking/moving a lot, being generally happy/content with life, not really caring about if I gain, drinking lots of water, finding a routine that worked really well for me and keeping at it, focusing on the exercises at that moment instead of the computer/TV or whatever. Regular breaks and edging I think also help. Maybe the fact I use olive oil too?

You see it’s hard to say whether these played a role, or if one or a few did, or if none did at all and I’m overlooking something.

That’s why I’m just hanging and nothing else at this point— no jelqing, no ads, no manual stretches, just hanging— so that I can see if the lower weights are going to work for me.

I think reaching my length goal is going to be a long haul even without any possible plateaus and I want to get there as soon as possible, so I’m aiming to see if I can get good length gains hanging at a low weight before adding anything else to my routine and seeing how it affects the speed of my length increase.

For me this is a way of cutting down on the effort and time involved— if a certain exercise doesn’t work for me I don’t want to waste time on it, and I don’t want to increase the weight too soon if it’s going to work against me in the long run.

I did read somewhere on here that a girthy penis is harder to lengthen, which scared the shit out of me considering my NBPEL is a tad shy of 6” yet my girth is almost 5.5”.

Beasty: You gained 2.5” EL in less than a year?? That’s insane! Damn….if only everyone was as lucky as you.
