How to create girth gains without bruising?
I know this is a common subject, but I’ve read all the old threads, and I don’t know if you guys have come to a consensus. Obviously, one makes girth gains by expanding the tunica beyond what it normally can handle. However, this forces more blood into the capillaries/veins than *they* can handle. The question is: how can we force the penis to expand enough to produce permanent gains while not expanding it so much that the capillaries burst. How is this point determined? Has anyone here sought a professional medical opinion on this? I (unsurprisingly) couldn’t find much with a google search. It doesn’t seem like we even have a concensus physiological explanation of *how* jelqing/clamping creates permanent girth gains. Thanks.
