How to combat one tough lig?
Hello everyone. I’ve noticed lately that the lig on the top left of my body (really the right, but left from my perspective) is very tough and sore. If I pull SO or SD I can actually SEE this lig being the limiting factor in length gain where on the other side if I feel with my non-pulling hand I can’t feel them fighting at all. This tough lig when extended is sore to the touch. I’ve been doing tons of PE variety wise - horses, hanging, manual pulls, slight bends, jelques, etc. What do you guys recommend I do? I assume that I need to focus a lot of my efforts on that side, correct? I need to lengthen or loosen up that lig. Anyone else ever stumble on a lig limiting factor before? What did you do to get around it?
