How to build an invisible All-Day-Stretcher (cheap and simple)
after a long time posting around here i have found a good method to build an ADS which is really invisible (the visibility was always a big problem for me to wear one of them). I would like to share the method.
I have had the Penisplus Classic and the Penisplus with the Vacuum system but they didnt feel good for me but maybe its only a problem of mine with them, i dont know. They caused pain.
How to build it:
You need :
1.a long piece of theraband (mine: 1,5X20 inches)
2.a thin and long thread(or piece) of cloth (mine:0.15X25 inches)
3.a belt or something to fix the piece of cloth around the waist
4. —and maybe a piece of cloth to wrap under the theraband like in lil12big1’s tutorial, i dont use it
Start like in lil12big1’s tutorial:
Use the picture i attached to get things right.
-Put on the belt around your waist while having on no trousers, boxers, briefs etc.
-if you have foreskin pull the flaccid penis away from the body while grabbing behind the head WITHOUT pulling foreskin back. If you have no foreskin grab the penis behind the head. Be careful while grabbing!
Pull not strong, but pull!
-Wrap theraband around the penis and use a thin and very long thread (or piece) of cloth instead of using a second theraband to fix it(like in the tutorial). Fix it like its shown in the tutorial, watching it is much better then reading it. You should wrap the theraband one or 2 times around the penis and then begin to fix the thread of cloth at it at the UNDERSIDE of the penis, fold it while wrapping around the theraband, maybe 5 times. Fix the theraband with adheisive tape.
-The last fold of the thread of cloth ends up away from the body like its shown in my picture :)
-Now, take the thread of cloth and pull it a bit to your feet, then pull it between your cheeks to the back and then at the height of the belt fix the thread of cloth at the belt. Make a knot which is easy to open so that peeing or unwrapping can be faster.
-Put boxers or briefs over all of this (also over the belt)
This technique fixes the ADS very good at the penis. I had always problems with other ADSs, they slipped off after a certain time but this one doesnt.
It also doesnt put the wohle stress at a single area like loop devices.
I strongly recommend NOT to wear loop devices!!!! I have sensitivity problems because of them!
Things you have to know:
-When you pull the foreskin back while putting on the ADS it will slip off. Imagine it, its logical!Let the skin be where it is while your penis is flaccid.
-Fix the whole construction at the middle of your penis, dont fix too near to the base (stretch wont use much there) and dont fix at the head or too near it!!
-This ADS should be used directly after a hanging session to force the penis to stay in the extended state for a long time. The microtears shouldnt close as fast as without an ADS, the tissue will build up for a longer time (thats the theory, i hope its like this). The ADS should provide also some skin stretch (but only a bit, far away from hanging intensity).
Ligs stretch if there is some should be weak.
-You can wear it as long as you feel its ok (the feeling is VERY important, dont overdo it! Dont use a tension which is too strong, start slow!). A cycle of the tissue cells to double i have heard is eight hours so this should be a goal for you to reach. Start with 2 hours.
-Dont wrap the theraband too tight but wrap it relatively tight so that it doesnt make circulation to stop and doesnt slip off. Be careful at the first time! The theraband shouldnt squeeze the penis, it is simply wrapped around with a very little amount of force….
-If the theraband hurts while unwrapping use baby powder under it, but maybe it slips off then…..You can also try to wrap the broad piece of cloth i mentioned above (point 4.) under the theraband
-Especially during the first days of wearing it look each 15 minutes for proper circulation, temperature,feeling and color of the penis. It shouldnt be cold, dark or numb. Do kegels from time to time if you feel its good (for me its good)
-When the device hurts, first make tension lower then if it still hurts after 10 minutes take a break, take it off for and hour or a day
-Find out by yourself how to get this ADS fixed with 2 hands, its not very difficult! Best to use your right hand to pull the penis a bit and to fix the theraband while wrapping it around.
-Find out how to make sitting comfortable. The thread (or piece) of cloth presses a bit between the testicles when you pull it to your back.
-When your ass hurts because of the thread of cloth try putting it a bit more in your cheeks or out of your cheeks.
-If you feel a discomfort having your penis down there between the testicles or you cheeks use briefs under your boxers
