How does one do it? I heard hanging is good, but I’m not into that just yet. I seem to be getting the famed, baseball bat shaped unit, but it isn’t to late to correct, if I act now! I mean, I jelq and Uli as low as I can get my hands.

Squeezes increased my base girth, which is counter-intuitive given that it was the area that was being squeezed that increased the most.

I was just doing a basic uli too.

Remember also that you can simulate hanging with your hands, it’s just tiring.

And finally, if you increase the size of the upper part of your shaft, the rest (base etc) seems to catch up eventually. This is hardly proven but it worked that way for me.

Hanging is the best way, it will give you a tree trunk of a base.

For what it’s worth (and I’m a newbie, so you really should listen to the veterans instead of me) I think the hanging idea may be right. I started hanging a couple of weeks ago & have noticed that I’m starting to lose that slight baseball bat effect that I was starting to see.

Good advice guys, I don’t want to get into hanging just yet though. Is there anyone else that has not done hanging and seems to have received base girth, from just manual stretching and jelqs/Uli’s?

I seem to have gained a good amount of base girth in these first two months. I basically jelq and stretch, but lately I have been doing Ulis and horse type squeezes. By horse type I just mean that it follows most of the guidelines of the horse440 but I don’t go intense at all. If I had to guess the horses got me the base girth because I grip very deep bone pressed.

Also, I don’t know what this would be called, but doing a kegel right before a jelq stroke pushes blood into the penis. The CS gets very full and you can really feel the blood in there. At least for me I know that most of my base girth at the moment has been from an increase in the lower CS.

Okay! Hanging is the best way to increase your base girth. But I’m just wondering, is it your CC cells are growing or it’s just your ligaments becoming thicker?

And the answer is….nobody knows for sure !!

Just for the record, I have gain ZERO base girth from hanging :D

Yeah, I think it’s a good question.

I kind of gained some base girth from downward hanging, but I feel that it’s just my ligaments became a bit thicker.
