I found out at about 18, I’m 24 now. Been on and off a routine. Made maybe a quarter inch length gain, about half inch girth gain.

Wearing a condom during your routine is not necessarily practicing safe PE!

I learned / practiced kegeling and edging when I was 27. Not a lot on information readily available before the internet. I added stretching, jelqing and clamping when I was 46. I am now 47.
