How often are we stretching

I recently read a post that said something along these lines (not exactly quoted) “taking stretching days off is a waste of time, but to not take resting day’s off girth exercises is also a waste of time” Meaning you don’t have to take day’s off stretching, but should take day’s off girth exercises. So is this true? Should I stretch everyday but take days off girth exercise?

Well, if you believe the doctors behind the Brava system (the equivalent of a vaccum pump for breasts), they say add an extra 2 weeks use for every time that you do less than 8 hours in 2 consecutive days, or miss more than 2 days in a row.

They use a multi hour low vaccum protocol so it doesn’t quite translate to our exercises, but the message is clear that time off is time allowed for your buddy to regroup and bring reinforcements. That’s one reason to not get to crazy with the exercises, so that you are still able to do daily without discomfort.

Ok - I’m doing the same thing as you Horsehung - I just wanted to make sure all this stretching everyday wasn’t going to affect me in a negative way.

jury is out on girth - whether it requires rest days or not. drives me crazy.

The only thing with just stretching and not doing the jelqs is that I didn’t get the kind of mind-blowing boners I did with a daily extended jelq session. There is nothing like the good old jelq, as far as I’m concerned. It keep my willy dancing throughout the day.
