So I finally bought a cable clamp and when I’m hard I’m at 5 inches when I have the clamp on I’m 5.25. Is that good. I did 3 sets of 5mins. Also will clamping make my flaccid length or girth bigger. The big problem with clamping is we just don’t have a means to perpetuate the expansion we get during a clamping session like we do for stretching for length in that we can use an ADS to keep things extended at just enough weight to prevent the body’s healing processes from nullifying our gains.
So the only solution is to clamp as often as possible until we see that the expansion is accomplished and perpetuated for an extended period, i.e. a week or two.

If your only looking at girth growth then clamping is the best approach, however If your doing any length work it is possible to accomplish girth growth along with length growth by hanging in the SO (straight-out) position and applying angles and fulcrums within the framework of your routine. What happens here is a weakening of the ligs outer layers and when that is accomplished you will find a significant speed-up of length gains and as a bonus girth growth will improve. I found that my girth was enhanced when my wife complained that her jaw was sore because she had to open her mouth wider because my girth had gained an entire inch of growth.

In answer to your question about how much expansion is appropriate, if your getting a 1/4” expansion that is quite adequate and typical.

Great expansion: good for you.
You do realize that your pumping expansion is mainly fluid concentration, I’m sure it doesn’t hurt but I really wonder is your pumping is effective for long term gains. Not that I mean for you to cut it out. If your getting any long term expansion then more power to you.

You know there is one other thing that can improve expansion and that is applying a little heat. You might see more expansion then what your getting.

I just wish someone would come up with a means to retain the expansion after clamping to solidify the gains. You know it’s possible to use a cock ring but we can only use it for a limited period of time cause for all intents and purposes it cuts off circulation and I wouldn’t want to see someone loose their shaft because it had to be cut off due to Gangrene setting in. That only takes 20 minutes for it to set in. Too Dangerous.
