How much expansion do you get from clamping.

I’m 5” hard and when I clam I can get to about 5.25” is that good. My goal is to get to 5.5” without a clamp of course. Also since I get 5.25” how long till it becomes my new normal

Everybodys different. I expand anywhere from a quarter to a half inch. I have yet to see any permanent gain from 4 months of clamping but im still hopeful!

Did you get 1/4” increase in just one session? If so it will go back to normal it just become swollen then maybe it will become permanent if always did for about months or maybe year to become permanent gain am I correct?

I’m excited to do the clamping but I want to do the newbie routine too, how long did you do the newbie routine?

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Now 7.5” x 4.9” (5.1" BEG)

Yeah, I did 4 months of it. Im just comeing back from a decon. Im going to try the less is more approach when ease back to clamping.

Normally up to 1/2 an inch.

I’ve been clamping for probably 5 months. I have gone from under 5 to over 5.25.

Think it is time for a deconditioning break as you describe.

After 5 months you gain 0.25 or is this temp expansion

A bit over.25 gain over 5 months. Appears perminant and when not clamped.

It is a very gradual increase. So in the start I was lucky to be 5 inches prior to clamping. Now it is 5.25. I find if I keep a good erection for 10mins it will increase to 5.3 without a clamp.

I do 4 x 10min sets. Two days ago I got the biggest final clamp girth of 5.75. Never been that big before so I think I am heading in the right direction. I’m not doing any length work at the moment, just clamping 4 to 5 times a week.

Just once. 4 x 10min takes about an hour as you need about 5min to allow fresh blood in. When my glands are warm again I’m good to go.

I use a cable clamp with that black foam insulation that you find on AC pipes cut to about an inch in length.

Do you clamp down pretty hard or do you go the route of edgeing or trying to let base expand into the clamp?

I tried soft, 4 clicks. It expanded but I found alot of the expansion was fluid.

I go pretty hard now.

I start a 1 click, get errect then push the clamp into the base, kegel, then 2 more clicks and let the clamp go. It will rise up the shaft as your erection continues. Repeat the above and another 2 clicks.

Repeat again and you should be up to seven clicks.

From this point I find I can slowly push the clamp into the base with emphasis on the underside of the clamp next to the balls going into the base more than the top. Kegel and let go of the clamp. Sometimes you will need to support the clamp from the sides as with this pressure I have had the ratchet bit snap.

If you have got the clamp sufficiently tight when you release if from pushing into the base the blood can’t get out and you can generate high pressures by repeating the push down once a min or so during my 10min session. If it feels too tight I just back off a click. Sometime I need to go to 8 clicks if I get distracted and begin to loose my erection.

I’ve used all 10 clicks but I don’t think I really need it that tight. Besides I hope to be able to get the most expansion while keeping the bit under the clamp as large as possible.

Now this is interesting.

I was getting about 1/2 inch expansion after 4x 10min sets.

Two days ago I replaced my kflex pad, it is used to insulate AC pipes, as it was getting compressed.

I then get 3/4 inch expansion! Same time and same clamp clicks. It turned out to be lots of fluid. Which is odd as I find the tighter the clamp the less the fluid build up.

I tried again today and the same thing. 5.25 to over 5.75 inches. Again fluid. The padding was a little thinner than the last ones but it broke as I took it off so I will need a new one. Just below the head got over 6 inches.

Usually 4 clicks produces excess fluid. 8 to 9 clicks produces minimal fluid.

I’ve been going hard with the clamping, ie ratchet until blood can’t easily get out but I can still push the clamp into the base and kegel more blood in. After pushing in the clamp and kegeling when I stop pushing the clamp in the pressure is intence as the clamp comes out incteasing the pressure in the penis. . Maybe I need to balance the intence pressure to reduce the fluid at tight clamping?

And as a tip, when you push the clamp into the base give the clamp some support on the sides. The pressure is high and I have snapped the ratchet on three clamps.
