How many days a week should you stretch?

Is it more beneficial to stretch on a daily basis, or should the ligs and tunica be given rest time?

At the end of the day that is up to you, most guys recommend a rest, which is normal, two days rest a week is normal, say 3 on 1 off. Your dick should feel fatigued otherwise I would say you are not stresing it enough.

You’ll get many mixed views on this. I think it’s good to stretch daily. Right now, I’m hanging daily 3 to 4 hours a day, 6 days a week. On the 7th day, I hang for at least an hour and, then I stretch for a while after that. Whether I’m on day one through six or, day seven, I stretch every chance I get. If I’m taking a leak at home, or in public, when lounging around the house, sitting here at the PC, whenever. I’m finding the more I hang the less sore I get. Contrary to the past, when I would hang a few days, take a day or two off and, then get back to it…I would see more soreness. Funny how that works. The last two weeks have seen me hanging daily. They’ve been my first two weeks really hanging consistently since taking off for over a year. I’ve seen a 1/4” increase in my flaccid stretched length. I attribute that increase to the daily hanging.

Guys, stretching makes my penis look thin after a 1/2 hr session. Unlike jelqing/squeezing which makes it hung & engorged (thickness wise). ALso stretching makes it temporarily impotent & flaccid while with the other 2 exercises I can still get a semi hardon after an extended session (1.5 -2 hr).

So I am really wary & doubting the benefits of stretching. Any comments please!!

What is your workout? I think I´m finding that if I do a tunica-based workout I don´t get any ED (erectile disfunction) but lig stretching can take it´s toll, although I think after doing them for a while that stopped happening.

Try a tunica only workout and see how that leaves you.

Personally I stretch every day, while listening to my body so I don´t overstress things.

Workout-
1. warming (5 mins)
2. jelqing (10 strokes) + horses (2) + modified Uli overhand 30 sec. squeeze (10)
3. warming while simultaneously stretching (5 min)
4. Repeat #2
5. stretching (5 min) (this step is variable. Can come immediately after #1 also)
6. warming (5-10)min

If I do more than 10 min stretching, there’s some kind of burning sensation inside the dick. ALso it tends to get thin (like the tortoise trying to shrink into it’s shell!!).

So if I end the PE session with a big stretch (#5 followed by #6), I can be assured I won’t get the “hung” effect. If I end the session as #2 followed by #6, I get a great “hang” & the member is responsive to semi hardons intermittently even next day. Like when I go the the restroom at work the next day I find the dick to be kinda hung. (:-) )

Hmm thats very odd RG. I can hang 6 days in a row, 4 hours a day, and get a rock hard erection either right after I’m done hanging or the next morning or hell, anytime really. Then again, I’m only working with 12.5 to 15 lbs right now. I’m getting very good workouts though. Dunno what’s causing you to have the temporary erection issues. Then again, we’re all different.

I guess I am new to stretching & more used to jelqing. Probably my skin/nerves don’t like stretching & are producing inhibitory signals (neural nets huh!) which work against semi erection (or the hang). Well, hopefully I’ll get used to it.

after adding stretching to my hanging routine, I have had a similar encounter to yours, I am thinking it could be an adjustment thing. I would not be expecting to get erections after a routine anyhow. I think the best thing to do is to restore circulation by jelquing or extenstive warmth.

RG, after stretching, I find that doing a few light jelqs will help to alleviate this.

that confirms what I guessed. Me too, never end a session with stretch. I get the best PE sideeffect if I end with a mix of about 10 jelq strokes + sadsacks.
