How long for first gains?

I’m finishing up my first month and do not yet see any considerable gains. How long did it take you to see your first gains?

It varies from person to person. Some people could notice a difference in a week, others in months. It’s important to understand that everyone is different and to not get frustrated.

Yes Khunt. It will take some time. Some people here have gained in 2 weeks. For some people it took over 2 months to see noticeable gains. So be patient and do not loose your motivation. Because this DOES work man. Some people need more time than others; some gain more than the rest. But consistency and dedication will get you gains. So keep it up.

Khut, what is your routine? If haven’t gained after a month - not even very minor or subtle gains - it could be because your routine isn’t good enough.

Does your current routine consist of anything less than the “Newbie Routine”? If so, that’s why you haven’t made any subtle gains.

By the way, don’t expect to get a big dick overnight. PE is a long-term process and can possibly require a year or more of persistence and dedication. Some hard-gainers only gain .25” after 6 months of PE.

I do the newbie routine. Except for the stretches I do mostly V and A stretches and about 60-70 jelqs at low erection level. I haven’t measured girth since I’m not really shooting for girth ATM just length.

For me it was about 2 or 3 weeks. But I started on a much lighter routine than the “official newbie” — personally I think that the newbie routine may be too much stress for a lot of new guys. I did something like this:

By the way you have some pretty good starting stats — I think you are right not to focus on girth, you pretty much already have that covered.

It took me the first 4 weeks to gain 1/16th of an inch. I just gained 1/4” in the last two weeks. So, to answer your question, it took me 6 weeks before seeing a solid gain. Worth every week though.


START: 05/26/2014: BPEL=14 cm (5.51 in), MSEG = 13.3 cm (5.25 in)

LAST MEASURED: 11/17/2014: BPEL=15.3 cm (6.02 in), MSEG = not measured...yet

ULTIMATE GOAL: BPEL=17.8cm (7 in), MSEG = 14.6cm (5.75 in)

Khunt, why aren’t you using the basic stretches instead of the advanced stretches? And how long to you stretch for per day, and how many days per week? Need a little more info to give a better opinion. Also thats a very low number of jelqs, and at a low erection level they’re pretty useless IMO ;)

I do do basic stretches. I feel like they dont do much though so I added the V and A stretch to my routine because I have a low LOT.

You have to tweak your routine until you find what works for you. A big part of it is finding out how often to take rest days. Another thing is figuring out what intensity and duration is optimal. Many people respond well to the “less is more” approach—listen to your PI’s, and maybe try jelqing less and more gently. This is just one suggestion. On the other hand, you might need to up your routine—only you can figure this out. It’s your unit.

Ok here’s my routine:

In Hot bath I sit for about 10-20 min
then I do my stretches in the hot bath water
straight down 30-60 sec
left and right 30 sec each
up 30 sec
Middle v stretch 30-60 sec
base v stretch 30 sec
near head v stretch 30 sec
Middle A stretch 30-60 sec
v stretch on the right side both near base and middle 30 sec
left v stretch same thing

Repeat all these

Sit in hot water for a few

Stand up

Jelq for 60-70 times about 3-5 sec each

Sit in hotbath water for 5-10 min

Get out and then I hang about 2 lbs for 20 min to keep my penis in a stretched state as it cools to body temp

I’ve had no negative PI’s thus far.

You might want to try increasing your routine. Instead of repeating just once, try repeating 2 or 3 times. Instead of jelqing 60 times, see if you can jelq 120 times. See if that works any better, but just be sure to not over-do it (you don’t want to injure yourself).

That’s lighter than what I thought you were doing. I am with AM1221 — try adding some more jelqs. I started with about 90 to 100, breaking them down to three sets. (In fact I guess I am still doing that)

OK, but what about neutral or positive PIs?

Keep in mind that PIs are not just about injuries. PIs can also be positive or neutral, but the bottom line is, the absence of PIs (positive, negative or neutral) are a finding in themselves.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I gained in the more then 5 months 1 inch.
