How long do you Jelq

I’ve been doing 50 dry jelqs per session during the most of my PE career, today I’ve increased it to 70. I think it’s stupid to measure jelqing in minutes or hours. Number of strokes is far more accurate.

I enjoy doing jelq session of 30-45 mins.

By the end of it you feel like you have had a great workout, your penis feels like it’s gone through a solid workout and has a great hang as well as a ‘stretched’ and elongated feel to it. I usually do normal (wet) jelqs for about 20-25 mins then anywhere from 10-25 mins of v jelqs.

I started at 7.25” bpel at the end of 2008 and I’m now 8.4” bpel and growing so you tell me if long jelqing sessions work or not?

I’m still doing the newbie routine to ensure I properly condition my penis. So, at the moment I’m doing under 200. I don’t really look at how long they take because I’m just focusing on trying to get the most out of each one. I noticed when I would do them for a preset amount of time I wouldn’t take my time, but would pay more attention to how much time I have left.

I do 200 jelqs every single day and it takes me about 10-15minutes.

I tend to use coconut oil as my lubricant, they say olive oil is not recommended.

Does anyone think there is much truth in this? Because wow! If he actually got 2.5 inches in a year with just jelqs and kegels. I think I should add kegels into my routine anyways so I can really expand my dick further when clamping. But I’m a little skeptical of what this guy said.

Agreed. I jelq by repetition. Right now I am at 150 jelqs per session but slowly going to up the number until I find a number that causes a decline in EQ.

Depends on how long each stroke is. Jelq number and time can be interchangeable with consistency.

One thing I can answer is that 100-150 jelqs CAN take 10 minutes.

I like when people post proof for their claims, but who knows… Although it’s hard to imagine someone going from e.g. 4” to 6.5” (or 4.5” to 7” :O) in a year and just by jelqing and kegeling, maybe he actually did it. I mean, if it’s truth it’s probably a case of 1 in 1000, but some people simply react extraordinarily to some exercises. Who knows. I think I’ll remain without an opinion on this case.

I’m assuming he was talking about length gains and his routine does seem somewhat dedicated, has a warmup loads of jelqs. Of which not many people do such high erection jelqing and I’ve heard there have been people who have gained really well from just jelqing. I just didn’t think it would create enough pressures to get THAT much growth.

Yeah, 2.5” of girth in a year would be amazing even with aggressive clamping with multiple clamps, let alone jelqing only.

I’m not too sure about this guys claim of a quarter inch per month and 2.5” in a year just from kegels and jelqs, even the fast gainers on here can’t match that in their 1st year.

Can somebody correct me if I’m wrong?
