How long can you stretch efficiently?

I’m asking, because I always get hard after 6 min of stretching.

I’m doing a 10 min session. The last 4 min are not efficiently in my opinion because my dick gets harder and I can not stretch so much.

Everybody else experienced this?

Stretch in the evening, erections are not in the way like in the morning.

Don’t ever stretch erect, at least not until you are really conditionned.


~01/01/2006 -- 5 3/4" BPEL -- 4 3/4" Base Girth -- 4 1/2" Mid Girth.

~20/01/2007 -- 7" --- BPEL -- 5" Base Girth ------ 5" --- Mid Girth.

26/08/2008 --- 7" BPEL ------ 5 1/4 girth all around

I’m not stretching erect, my unit just gets a little bit harder after 5 min.

I can stretch efficiently fore more than an hour. The thing you have to do is not being erect. Doing inverted v stretches before regular stretching helps that.

Much higher risk of injury while gains are coming much slower.

Does it matter what kind? I believe any injury should be avoided, or at least as much as possible. If that means stretching flaccid, stretch flaccid.

Of course it really matters. Once you get an injury it is good and beneficial to know what it is due to. I mean which exercise caused the injury, so that you modify that exercise.
NO doubt that we should try to avoid getting injuries.

I like to do squats and calf raises, while I jelq and stretch. This keeps me from getting to 100%. It is hit or miss, but half of the time if I sit down and PE I get hard.

I’m thinking that if you stretch erect, like a v-stretch, you might seriously tear your tunica and may get a serious bend in your penis. I’m thinking like a 90 degree bend =)

I remember hearing once long ago on the radio about a fellow who was masturbating in bed, heard the phone ring, and when he jumped up to get it, he got caught in his sheets and fell right on his hard-on. He ended up saying he heard a loud “pop” followed by searing pain. After going to the doctor, he ended up commenting that he has permanent bend in his penis.

Use a hot, hot, hot towel wrap when you feel a hard on coming. Works for me,

To me the option of erect stretching is over when there is an increased risk of injury and a better alternative.

Erect stretching is risky because the tunica is engorged and filled with blood. This way injuries become more common. Also stretching with an erection limits growth because the tunica can’t be stretched for the same reason, it is filled with blood.

Bird, how about stretching in a semi erect state? I saw a thread some days ago where a guy said it would be good?

Hey guys, stretching in erect state? Maybe somebody post here story based on his own experience - I don’t know why, but I think it will be a nice injury story.. I’m not a PE pro, but I feel that it is simply too risky. Like Bird2 said: there are safer alternatives, no need to act as guinea pig:)
