How long can you hold a stretch without injuring?
I was trying to do the A-Stretch (Inverted V-Stretch) for the first time and I was holding for… I don’t know, maybe just a minute and when I released my hand there was this big blue bruise (almost hard) in one side of my penis. :(
I’ve got similar bruises from stretching (always when I stretch with my right hand) but far smaller and lighter and was wondering, since I’m still doing the basic stretches, for how long can you hold a stretch without injuring yourselves?
For me I can’t barely make a 30 second hold without having my hand to slip off or, as I could see now from my first experience with baby powder, I can, but I’ll end up injuring myself. :(
Is there any gripping advices? It’s somehow a complicate thing because… I actually CAN hold the grip well but if I do I end up injuring myself by putting lots of pressure on the grip.
I think I can make to my length goal only by doing basic stretches but I would really appreciate if somebody can help me on this.
