Hi Juri, firegoat I’ve been trying to stretch my foreskin when doing my PE routine and I think I got a good third of my glans out but after that it just wouldn’t budge any more. It wasn’t painful or anything a bit uncomfortable. Do you think my foreskin could be attached to my glans somehow? like mental111 suggested. If it is I’m not sure how to UN-attach it I will keep trying.
Juri have you tried some kind of ADS stretching device either homemade or bought, because I was thinking if your tunica really is that tough a slow but steady pull may be able to stretch it over a long period. I built my own stretching device and when I put it on I pull my foreskin as far forward as it will go then fix the clamp just below the glans, then screw the length out as far as I can. Now I’ve had a few problems with this too as my glans tends to swell up with blood and go purple after 15 minutes. I believe that if you put an ADS on after a PE workout it helps to keep all the micro-tears pulled as far apart as possible, hopefully increasing gains.
I know you’ve tried hanging and this didn’t work for you, so this might not either but it could be worth a try.
