How likely to NOT clamp-gain?
I clamped until my cable-clamp broke; that was 3 months ago… Since then I have done manual exercises.
I will buy another clamp tomorrow and get to it!
Anyway, I am working on a new routine and thinking of one with only clamping involved.
Would anyone say that, in good time, I am garanteed some gain with very consistent and dedicated clamping?
Let’s say, 4 months and going; 4days on, 2 days off with 3x10 minute clamp-sessions???
