How important is the warm-up?

How important is the warm-up?

How much do you think you really gain by doing the warm-up before jelqs? Wouldn’t doing a few light jelqs and gradually increasing the force do the same job? Thoughts?

I think it’s pretty important. No quantitative conclusions… aside from my sig. Warm it up.

Sometimes I warm up. Sometimes I don’t. Depends if I have the time.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Ah, I hate to read this as I always tend to skip the warm-up ;) . But this is probably true, back to the rice sock.

Ive never done a warm up while doing PE, just never figured out what the point in it is. When I first started PE, I used a rice sock for 1 week, then decided that my natural body temp should keep my dick elastic enough. Well, I decided to get the temp gun from work and check my dick naturally warm and then warmed by a rice sock. Naturally warm, I was in the lower 90’s, rice sock warmed, I was in the upper 90’s. One thing to keep in mind is, the rice sock doesn’t stay warm for long, so that upper 90’s temp doesn’t stick around long enough for me to give 2 shits about doing a warm up.


Stock Cock: BPEL 6.187" EG 5.25"

Current: BPEL 7.00" EG 5.5"

Goal: BPEL 8 EG 6 My new goal is now 9" BPEL X 6" EG So I can blow my wife's pussy walls out!

Not scientific just personal experience. Was doing PE for 2 months (no warm-up) with no gains. Gave up came back about 3 months later did warm up and saw gains in 3 weeks


Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG

Heere We GOOooh!

Been warming up for the last 5 months and have had a gain of about an inch. I believe warming up and down played a very big role in this.
